There is a bath and shower. Although I have never used the bath and would probably prefer expanding the shower, I'll probably end up keeping for resale considerations down the road

Main bedroom. The desk next to the bed was previously in the office. Random mismatched furniture aside, what I like is the warm, neutral color of floor and walls with the contrasting dark wood of the dresser, the rug I bought in Fez Morocco and the funky lamp I can't remember how I came to own

2nd small bedroom I previously used this as an office and the renters turned it into a bedroom. I would like to return to an office with comfortable chair and perhaps a foldout couch that can be converted to a bed for visitors

Dining room, not really a room per se, just a table adjacent to the kitchen. I would like to work with the table, and possibly the chairs

As you can see from the Houzz inspiration photos, one thing I'm pretty set on is horizontal grain, medium to light colored Semihandmade fronts with light/white quartz counters and subtly colored/textured backsplash tiles. I am completely indifferent to the floor and will probably keep it for a future phase because there is nothing I like better at the moment and I would rather use the money elsewhere
