This is the preferred style for Master bedroom and guest bedroom, Will also do this for basement rec room if there are no canned lights. (I think there are canned lights there). We do not need to have a remote control.

Fan in basement rec room if there are canned lights. Fans on main level, including porch and deck. (Do not put this fan in guest bedroom. )
