Our notes from 2004 say it is: "Heath - G4" from Ann Sacks Tile. That's all the information we have on it. Many times we'll work out the color selection with the owner, contractor and tile installer - on site and do not keep notes on every selection. Heath tile shows our project in their online catalog and they may be able to help you and be more specific.

The tile is custom-made squares of copper that were flamed; any copper/metal worker could duplicate this for you.
