Love the windows, paint, and floor. Love the built in seat.
Notice that the den is fairly close to the kitchen, but there is a nice small wall making it seem like a separate room. In our Den, perhaps the Dinette table is reducing our ability to create a bigger seating space like this one. If we had a wall of windows with the door where the TV is now, we could fit this amount of furniture with a fireplace on the far wall.
Love the furniture arrangements, lots of seating, low back furniture but looks cozy and comfortable.
