Can you mix wood downstairs with vinyl plank on the staircase and upstairs? Also, if we put vinyl plank in the kitchen, should we try to match the hard wood or specifically choose a different color? Another option is tile in the kitchen. Still not sure whether I want carpet in my bedroom.
