Porch
I really like the upstairs balcony. Would it be possible to do something like this on top of the downstairs porch- with a dormer where the existing balcony is to add square footage upstairs? I'd really like it if the two upstairs rooms had windows looking out over the water, but Nicole really likes having a balcony.
We really want space for a swinging bed (or two) on our porch.
