Please can you help! This is the proposed new layout of our front porch, (in red) Where the 'store' is, it's currently our downstairs WC, which is way to small, however the new toilet isn't really any bigger and now cuts into our porch. All the mains is in an existing cupboard under the stairs (labelled elec. meter) and I've been told it's very expensive to move, is this correct? It's hard to see from these drawings that the stairs go up to the left as you walk in, to a platform, then go up to the right above the current WC.
I think the whole area needs a complete change, stairs can move etc, but ultimately I'm looking for a lovely big porch and a fairly decent sized downstairs WC... any ideas VERY welcome! Thanks in advance.
