Main Exterior Themes
1) Large porch on the front of house (room for a few chairs on either side of front door)
2) Front door has character to the overhang like in picture below with a point and having stained wood on the underside
3) Front elevation is not dominated by roof (i.e. plenty of windows, outcroppings etc to break up roofline)
4) Roof is not extremely pointy nor flat
5) Exterior is stone (or stone/brick combo) in rectangular shape (not rounded or excessively jagged)
6) Low maintenance as possible (small amounts of wood trim, painted surfaces, etc..)
7) Large/oversized windows throughout
Like these styles, have multiple pictures from one house we really like.
Things we like - Brick/Rectangular style stone, stone that goes up to second floor in some areas, single tapered porch columns, stone at base of columns (craftsman elements), large windows, more grey color palate than brown

Like the stone and limestone Dislike how pointy the roof is, the accent near the peak of the roof
