Could we do a simple dark wood frame like this... but not moulding... just simple, straight wood with the dark stain? It would frame the art or TV above the fireplace??

just not sure about shiny Caesar stone all the way to ceiling? Glens Favorite look because of the flat wall look... surprised I like this one, but think I would like it just as much if the stone stopped at the mantle
