maybe would consider satin gold finishes. I like them on wood...not sure about white. would consider grey tile.
crazy idea - one wall that's wall papered, subtle accent? (front window wall or backsplash of coat rack? - we are just considering whether we'd do any wallpaper ; )

would be good to have some under cabinet lighting - not necessarily this style. The colors in this photo make me happy. Prob don't want this bold of tile, but maybe accents.

Look comfortable and cute. If we lose the breakfast nook, the bar chairs need to be reasonably comfortable.
I like that the booth has upper backing - not just a hard wall or throw pillows. Want it to be modern, clean, but comfy!
Don't know if it would work in our space, but accent pop of a couple exposed wood shelves + lighting looks cool.
