Zoë Noble Photography A labour of love that took over a year to complete, the evolution of this space represents my personal style whilst respecting rental restrictions. With an emphasis on the significance of individual objects and some minimalist restraint, the multifunctional living space utilises a high/low mix of furnishings. The kitchen features Ikea cupboards and custom shelving. A farmhouse sink, oak worktop and vintage milk pails are a gentle nod towards my country roots.

For the kitchen we designed bespoke cabinetry to fit the galley style and maximise the use of space to best effect. Love the soft blue colour and clean lines of the shaker style cabinetry, paired with warming brass fittings and lighting. A small kitchen designed around the oak beams, resulting in a space conscious design. All units were painted & with a stone work surface. The Acorn door handles were designed specially for this clients kitchen. In the corner a curved bench was attached onto the wall creating additional seating around a circular table. The large wall pantry with bi-fold doors creates a fantastic workstation & storage area for food & appliances. The small island adds an extra work surface and has storage space.

Kitchen with concrete floors & island bench, lime green splashback. Plumbing for upstairs bathroom concealed in drop ceiling to kitchen. Clever idea that lets you make the rest of the room higher - only the bit where the plumbing needs to go is lower - also makes the kitchen look great with feature lighting.

This compact walk-in pantry is perfect for storing the microwave and bar fridge. We love the use of a blackboard wall for you shopping list and recipe ideas. There's even a spot for the dust buster!
