The owners, people with a marked traditional style, wanted to play around with a two colors tendency for the kitchen and crown molding to clearly reflect theirs elegant style and even more elaborated because the Martinez home is located in a zone of big country houses. In this case we used a mix of rustic and plain textures along with contrast colors that reflect our client's personality, we also used glass to refresh the atmosphere and crown moldings to give more visual height and elegance. The kitchen backsplash was made with white porcelain that is easy to clean and natural granite for the counter top. The Martinez suggested to use a farm sink to complement the style this way the big island becomes the focus point.

Bespoke blue Shaker kitchen and island
This is an example of a medium sized modern l-shaped kitchen in London with shaker cabinets, blue cabinets, quartz worktops, an island and black worktops.

The plans for opening up the kitchen space were underway when we were asked to help with this project. We came in to oversee the final layout of the kitchen area; select the kitchen finishes, including the marble splash back, surfaces, flooring and lighting positions. A full furniture layout and decorative scheme then followed to create a harmonious but functional family space.

The downstairs bathroom the clients were wanting a space that could house a freestanding bath at the end of the space, a larger shower space and a custom- made cabinet that was made to look like a piece of furniture. A nib wall was created in the space offering a ledge as a form of storage. The reference of black cabinetry links back to the kitchen and the upstairs bathroom, whilst the consistency of the classic look was again shown through the use of subway tiles and patterned floors.

Iconic Wishbone dining chairs surround an oval marble table, with toile wallpaper creating an impactful and cosy dining space. A gloss painted ceiling reflects the lighting to help create a gorgeous evening atmosphere in the lower ground floor space.

This bespoke kitchen combines clean contemporary design with smart functionality. The cabinetry features a rich teal finish, paired with crisp white countertops and matching white upstands for a fresh, modern contrast. All appliances are fully integrated behind custom panels, creating a seamless and minimalist look. A small, cosy dining area is positioned centrally against the green feature wall, featuring a slim custom-made table in matching worktop material. Stylish chairs and a sculptural pendant light complete the setting, while a large botanical print adds personality and visual balance to the space.
