Inspiration for a large classic open plan living room in Melbourne with grey walls, light hardwood flooring, a standard fireplace, a metal fireplace surround and a built-in media unit.

Bedroom joinery is amazing as it can transform rooms completely. Such was this project where the bedroom space has been completed using our joinery deparment. We have worked with client to develope their desired design using inset real wood handles together with horizontal grooves on the main wardrobe doors. Soft closing mechanism on the sliding doors only adds to the ease of use of the wardrobe. High gloss sprayed RAL colour finish was achieved as per clients request. To compliment our wardrobes we have created window bay storage seat which will make amazing spot to relax on and to over look the amazing views this house has on offer. We took picture before TV has been installed of our TV display cupboard which will be great storage for TV equipment etc.

Die gesamte Fassade und alle Putzbänder, Gesimse, Ornamente, Stuckteile, Fensterbänke, Fallrohre, Balkone, Abläufe und was sonst noch alles vorhanden war, wiesen einen sehr schlechten Zustand auf. Unzählige Putzteile waren sehr marode und drohten herabzufallen. Die alte, plasto-elastische Fassadenfarbe hatte in den vergangenen Jahrzehnten große Schäden verursacht, so dass eine umfangreiche Fassadenoperation geplant werden musste. Für uns als Fassadenärzte eine sehr anspruchsvolle Aufgabe. So machten wir uns an die Arbeit und befreiten die komplette Fassade von allen Altlasten, bevor wir jeden Teil operierten. Alle Oberflächen wurden total saniert und komplett neu mineralisch mit Produkten aus dem Hause Alligator Farbwerke renoviert, Fensterbänke, Gesimsabdeckungen und Regenfallrohre aus vobewittertem Zink auf Maß gekantet und verbaut, feuerverzinkte und verzierte Balkongeländer produziert und sooo vieles mehr. Um genau zu sein, haben wir alle zusammen 3250 Stunden Handarbeit in dieses Wunderwerk investiert, um es zu dem zu machen, was es jetzt ist. (Bilderrechte Matthias Schultze)
