It's also extremely expensive to have any cut-outs for sockets or notches. It's usually made from three layers of different types of glass (non-toughened mirror, toughened middle, later broken to make crack effect and top non-toughened clear glass), so it's also labour intensive not mentioning the risk involved during production. CreoGlass Design Exclusive "Ice-Cracked" Kitchen Glass Splashbacks are Toughened and Heat Resistant. You can also request any socket cut-outs or notches at just standard rates.
