Two generations used this family home, and they wanted to keep the feel of the space the same. They only wanted to repaint the area, bring some colour coordination, and create more free space for circulation around the open-plan dining and lounge area. Our clients decided to retain many of their previous furniture and use some of these in the living room - a sustainable way by reusing the old maintainable furniture. For the ceiling, we have decided to use rose ceiling plasters, giving a sense of traditional style. Brass wall lights and a bright right sideboard add pops of colour, rejuvenating the sense of the atmosphere. Renovation by Absolute Project Management

This project was completed on behalf of a housing association in Newhaven, East Sussex. The home is 3-bedrooms and is targeted at those looking to move away from the city but who still want strong links to Bournemouth, Brighton and London. We designed the show home interior then delivered and staged it.

A small reading corner in the living area adds an enjoyable and cosy feeling to the space. The grey walls and the couch combines well and ensures a calming sense of spending some comfortable reading/resting space. The built in shelves has created an efficient space to store many books. Family Lounge with a full renovation, new scheme for walls, flooring and window treatments. The client was keen on a room that contained an eclectic mix of colour with some fun and luxurious touches. Emma Shipley's beautiful Animalia prints featured heavily in this room. Black and brass accents in the ironmongery and lighting give the interior a crisp look.

Au cœur d’un héritage familial, la réhabilitation de cette maison de 130m2 a été pensée pour répondre aux besoins d’un couple avec deux enfants, tout en préservant l’âme et l’histoire du lieu. En ouvrant les espaces de vie au rez-de-chaussée, nous avons créé un environnement convivial et fluide, idéal pour les moments partagés en famille. À l’étage, les chambres ont été rénovées avec soin, agrémentées d’un dressing pour la chambre parentale, offrant ainsi confort et fonctionnalité. Le parquet ancien, restauré avec attention, ajoute un cachet indéniable aux espaces intimes de la maison. Aujourd’hui, cette demeure, autrefois celle des grands-parents, a été métamorphosée pour accueillir les petits-enfants, tout en préservant la mémoire et le charme du lieu qui font désormais partie intégrante de leur quotidien.
