This contemporary alfresco kitchen is small in footprint but it is big on features including a woodfired oven, built in Electrolux barbecue, a hidden undermount rangehood, sink, Fisher & Paykel dishdrawer dishwasher and a 30 Litre pull-out bin. Featuring cabinetry 2-pack painted in Colorbond 'Wallaby' and natural granite tops in leather finished 'Zimbabwe Black', paired with the raw finished concrete this alfresco oozes relaxed style. This is an example of a small urban galley kitchen in Barcelona with a submerged sink, flat-panel cabinets, white cabinets, white splashback, porcelain splashback, integrated appliances, an island, grey floors and black worktops.

This striking space blends modern, classic and industrial touches to create an eclectic and homely feel. The cabinets are a mixture of flat and panelled doors in grey tones, whilst the mobile island is in contrasting graphite and oak. There is a lot of flexible storage in the space with a multitude of drawers replacing wall cabinets, and all areas are clearly separated in to zones- including a dedicated space for storing all food, fresh, frozen and ambient. The home owner was not afraid to take risks, and the overall look is contemporary but timeless with a touch of fun thrown in!

The brief for this project involved completely re configuring the space inside this industrial warehouse style apartment in Chiswick to form a one bedroomed/ two bathroomed space with an office mezzanine level. The client wanted a look that had a clean lined contemporary feel, but with warmth, texture and industrial styling. The space features a colour palette of dark grey, white and neutral tones with a bespoke kitchen designed by us, and also a bespoke mural on the master bedroom wall.

A unitary project, simple and linear: Hi-Line 6 is more than just a kitchen. It's a space to live in. This space is organised with "esprit de géométrie" combined with rigorous shapes, richness of detail and care for quality in construction. The base units are taller, to hold more and better. Far from the classic concept of the kitchen, Hi-Line 6 allows for several composition options. No handles are used – instead there is a finger recess to open and close the doors. This stunning modern extension in Harrogate incorporates an existing Victorian brick wall, giving a warehouse feel to this open plan kitchen with a dining and living area. The exposed brick wall adds texture and sits harmoniously with the simple rectangular glass table lantern. Dark cabinets painted in Basalt by Little Green, makes the units feel industrial, the vintage scrub top table painted in the same colour as the units add character. The kitchens simple brass handles are practical yet elegant, enhancing the warehouse-style and almost adds a pinch of glamour. The bank of wall cupboards house a larder, tall fridge and ends with a countertop pantry cupboard with folding doors plus more cupboard space above. The lower runs have a mix of drawers and cupboard which also house an integrated dishwasher and bin. White Silestone worktops lift the look and the traditional natural oak parquet flooring give texture and warmth to the room, which leads through to a family sitting room. Large oak glass doors look towards beautifully manicured gardens and bring the outdoors indoors. Christopher designed the kitchen with our client Francesca to achieve a great space for family life and entertaining.

The open-plan industrial feel flat is filled with traditional features; a Belfast sink, antique brass rails, hanging pots and utensils with classic burnished brass pulls bringing a classic feel to the modern space.
