About Us

Domus Nova is a London-based property agency specialising in some of the capital's most beautiful homes, often architect designed and completed by interior designers. We have uploaded a selection of extraordinary properties currently available to buy or rent, in addition to properties of our past and back catalogue. Each unique in their own way, every one of the properties reflects our passion for remarkable art, architecture, design and style. Our London offices are based in Notting Hill and Bayswater, an area we believe is truly special offering outstanding residences and homes with classic design flair and contemporary cool. We hope that our selection of properties deliver the inspiration to create your very own dream home!

Domus Nova are a fantastic Agency who understood our requirements straight away and delivered an extremely professional service They clearly are well aware of classic design and architecture and understood what we were looking for and delivered an extremely professional and educated service - response time to er mails and phone calls was impeccable . A company that knows exactly what they are doing in the market they are in . Brilliant

I had an excellent experience with Domus Nova and specifically with Georgina Banks in securing a rental property under a very tonight schedule. The viewing process was made easy by Georgia’s flexibility to work around us and once the choice was made she made the entire process highly efficient and streamlined. Georgie is also a wonderful person and very nice to deal with.

the Lettings and Property Management team at Domus Nova are the best! I have enjoyed my experience dealing with the team, I have always found to be a delight to work with, always polite, and professional, extremely responsive and friendly. They always have the best properties in the area and are very knowledgable.

I've worked with Max and his great team at Domus Nova for approaching 10 years. We have always been impressed by how quickly the team find tenants whenever there is a changeover in tenancies. The quality of tenants has always been high as well meaning we have not experienced any issues. The team are always professional and fun to deal with and work hard to achieve a result. Definitely the best agency in Notting Hill.

I've had a very good experience working with Domus Nova for some years now and would recommend them as an estate agent. I own a property in Notting Hill which I have rented out via Domus Nova since 2016, and I have been consistently satisfied by their level of professionalism. I live in America and so working as a landlord from overseas can at points be a challenge, but Andrew and his team have been great in offering their assistance and informative guidance when it's been needed. As a whole the company is respectful toward their clients and aim for level of quality and efficiency when dealing with properties on and off the market.
