About Us

1FRL is a premier multidisciplinary consultancy delivering fully integrated project services across architecture, interior design and planning. We partner with both commercial and residential clients to deliver excellence across a diverse portfolio, specialising in DFMA/MMC residential developments, bespoke luxury estates, and the automotive, hospitality, and leisure sectors.

Professional Information

Matthew began his early career as a trainee Quantity Surveyor specialising in Power Generation, ME Systems, Civil Engineering and Marine projects. He undertook his further studies in Architectural design, achieving a highly commended first-class honours degree, and was later mentored by renowned Architect Damien Blower. Matthew interned in Hollywood (Los Angeles) and Manhattan (New York) for a respected multidisciplinary consultancy, gathering global design and management experience within the high-end residential, hospitality and hotel development sectors. On return to London, Matthew joined world-famous architects Adjaye Associates, and was further employed by various corporate practices within the city, undertaking projects for international Airports, Hotels, VIP aircraft interiors, cruise-liners and high-end palatial houses across the UAE and Europe.

Excellent service. I am having a house built and used Matthew at Fraiserline as my architect. He was very helpful and friendly. He navigated the dreaded planning permission for me and was always there if I needed a good moan about the planners. I would recommend Fraiserline to anyone looking to build a house or extension.

Matthew is very competent, helpful, and has great ideas. He keeps budget in mind. He is responsive and goes above and beyond the call of duty. He was happy for us to discuss issues with him and he is keen to propose solutions and work them through. Also, quick and efficient. Manages time expectations and delivers when he says he will.
