Residential Building and Construction My original trade is New Zealand and Australian trade Qualified Carpenter. With over 21 years experience in building new, renovating or extending existing houses, my business is focussed on helping others achieve their building goals in these classes. On top of that: I also bring to the table the past 8 + years of Construction and Site Management experience Managing the construction of residential housing from start to finish, writing and creating detailed programs for your project, project estimating, budget setting, plan procurement, subtrade procurement, Building regulations adherence, Health and Safety, project management. Within my 21 years in the industry mostly in Australia and New Zealand I have worked and and overseen the construction of over 400 residential homes and counting. Now in the UK starting from scratch I wish to bring that wealth of knowledge and experience to the UK market giving customers an interactive building experience.
