It has been our first time undertaking a project of this size but Andy has been brilliant in explaining all the requirements and process. After having the initial plans drawn up, we didn’t progress them immediately due to delays our end, however as soon as we were ready to move forward again Andy really helped us get momentum again and showed real flexibility in doing so.
