He gave me advice that I can start work on extension before building regs were passed off. I’m not into construction so took his word for it. Unfortunately there a big sewage pipe near where the extension was going and was told I can’t have the extension. So have to have new drive done which I’m quoted 10000 as it was a large area. He forced me into a small claims against him and to this day he’s ignored EVERYTHING. And the reason he’s ignored everything is because he knows he’s messed up. And everyone I speak to about him just say he not very good . Not very ‘pro active ‘ and you continually have to be pestering him otherwise he won’t get naff all done
