I would like to praise this company for the extremely high level of customer service, along with a very detailed knowledge of the product and installation of my Kalfire gas fire. My fire was supplied and installed by another company local to me. I have had problems with the fires operation, and finally I went to Bespoke Fireplace Designs who went to some considerable length to sort the problem out. It is so refreshing to deal with such a professional organisation.

We had a Kalfire Heatpure 60 installed by Bespoke Fireplace Designs. Emrys Hughes whom I first made contact with was helpfulness itself and drew diagrams of how our flue could run (it was complicated because the flue had to join on to another flue and there were various obstacles.). He gave us all the help needed and juggled his schedule in order to fit our fireplace at short notice, Daniel the fitter was very pleasant, efficient and helpful - just like Megan John and everyone at Bespoke Fireplace Designs. It was such a pleasure to do business with them. We had a basement built and our whole house refurbished. The work took 18 months to complete and we had several dozen contractors who came in but they were one of the best. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

You will not be disappointed when dealing with these people they made the whole experience effortless from planning through to installation / completion. Bespoke supplied a fireplace which I couldn't source anywhere in the UK - a very wide single burner hole in the wall fireplace which they got for me from Holland and at a fairly reasonable price! Emrys and Megan were excellent - pre and post sales service.

We had a large location that needed a very bespoke double ended fireplace and I was getting really frustrated trying to find someone who would come and look at it. In frustration, I typed in Bespoke Fireplace into Google and they came up as the first result. The agent came around the next day and they designed and built the fireplace to our exact needs.
