As architects we have been working with CLPM for the past 3 years on a number of projects. We are impressed with CLPM’s professionalism and reliability along with their ability to cover wide span of projects and services under one umbrella. Having CLPM on board means our clients interests are in quality hands and together we are able to focus on project delivery.

We had a disappointing experience with CLPM. We engaged them to project manage the construction of a 4 bedroom family home in the home counties. CLPM service level was poor. They did not put the interest of the client first and often failed to anticipate and resolve issues in a timely manner. At the same time CLPM sought every opportunity to maximise hours billed, resulting in poor value for money. After racking up fees of more than £13,500, two months into a 12 month construction project, we terminated the contract. If you are considering CLPM for project management services, we would advise seeking alternative suppliers. It's worth noting that several of the '5 star reviews' listed here are provided not by clients, but by business associates with a vested interest.

CLPM definitely helped us save money on our building project. They helped us refine our architectural plans so that they were cheaper to build - and meant we could actually afford our project. They organised all of the tender for us which was a huge amount of work and meant we got 3 decent quotes to choose from and negotiate against. We then had a project manager oversee all the works for us - checking it was done correctly to the plans. He also checked the invoices to make sure they were correct which was very reassuring. If any problems cropped up he helped us make the best decisions. Money well spent as I think CLPM saved us much more than the fees in the end. Wouldn't recommend anyone does a major project without a project manager now.

Both Charlie and James are really effective and the projects we supply specialist glass onto have always run like clockwork. Attention to detail coupled with an in-depth understanding of the Residential construction process makes them an effective partner.
