10 year warranty worth every penny! Excellent service, it’s great to see a company that keeps their promise of a ten year warranty. Had an issue with a 5 year old mirror, it was resolved quickly and with no hassle. Friendly and helpful service, would definitely buy from again.

Over the last 3 months I have had the worst customer experience possible from Illuminated Mirrors, or Powerful Vision, or Diamond X or whatever they want to call themselves. The build quality of the mirror is horrendous. According to the manual this mirror can be wall mounted, however the power plug sticks out of the back which forces you to offset the mirror off the wall with long screws which looks terrible. Alternatively I thought I would use the wooden base provided, however the holes in the base don’t line up with the mirror and is therefor unusable. They sent me a new base when I complained, which didn’t have any holes at all! The lightbulbs don’t always screw on straight and therefor look wonky. And when I tried turning the mirror on, the light switch fell off!! It looks like it has been designed and put together by an absolute bunch of amateurs. Customer service is either slow or non-responsive, and they can’t seem to get anything right. For a £200 mirror I could do a better job building it myself. Illuminated Mirrors couldn’t fail harder if they tried and should pack up as a company. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
