It’s hard to come across suppliers who are knowledgeable, honest, quick to respond and fairly priced, but that’s exactly what you get with John. I have worked with him since 2017 on a number of projects, ranging from loft and garage conversions, to double storey extensions. For each he helped me realise my vision where possible, while offering pragmatic alternatives when course corrections were required. His team handled the planning process smoothly, and quickly turned things around when it came to structural calculations, registering with building control, etc. He’s been more than fair when it comes to follow on tweaks or assisting my builders when works are in progress. I’d highly recommend John and Discount Plans Ltd, thanks again for the exemplary service

John and his team were great, new plans of my house where created in just over a week. Profession drawings which where very clear, even the builder was impressed with them. The guys at Discount Plans are very knowledgeable when it comes to planning law so i would call these guys first even if you need free advice. All plans where done at a very good price too. Great service for designing our loft conversion. Thank you John for your discount we are very happy with your input in our first project. We live in Buckhurst Hill and wanted a loft designed under permitted development. We had all drawings passed by the council in just 8 weeks. John then helped us find a builder and all has been such a smooth process. Thank you to all the team at discount plans.

Loft conversion and single story rear extension was made and completed by the team at discount plans - John Domenech carried out a full design of our house from start to finish. We were very happy with is works and would highly recommend him and his team in carrying out any design you need for planning permission to building regulations. John pulled the whole design works off in under two weeks with a full set of structural calculations for the builders to follow. A big thank you guys for all of your hard work. Regards Jule.
