We have enjoyed working with Dobuild’s team on the refurbishing of our newly purchased London flat. They are punctual, courteous, respectful and easy to communicate with about our needs. They do high-quality work. As with any good contractor, there have been a few times when the initial work was inadequate, but each time they promptly returned and made things right. My wife and I have always felt that they care deeply about pleasing us as customers. They take pride in their work.

Dobuild has helped us to realise a beautiful renovation of the basement of our house, providing a new utility room and bathroom, external access to the garden and also creating a classy glassed in room from an old outside storage area which we now call The Negroni Room! Dobuid worked professionally throughout. They were realistic with their initial quotation and time frame and completed the project on schedule and within budget. The quality of the finished product is very high and we are very happy to recommend them.

DoBuild collaborated closely with us and our architect to carry out an extensive refurbishment of our Victorian flat, which involved constructing a side and rear extension to the property. Despite the uncertainties brought about by the Covid pandemic, DoBuild acted as the main contractor and successfully completed the project to a very high standard. DoBuild's exceptional attention to detail was evident in the impressive finish of the flat. They provided valuable suggestions to improve the project including giving us advice about how best to finish our basement. They also managed high-quality sub-contractors, including custom joinery, which is a crucial feature in our home. Furthermore, they were mindful of our neighbours' needs, taking measures to limit noisy work to accommodate one particular neighbour's concerns. This courteous and transparent approach was appreciated since we weren't able to be on site often due to the pandemic.

DoBuild undertook a 6M project to remodel and renovate our 3 bedroom 1960 home, they worked as main contractor with us and our Architect to deliver the project on time and to budget. DoBuild demonstrated a high degree of attention to detail resulting in an excellent finish. They made useful practical suggestions to enhance the scheme of work (for example the installation of a French drain around the rear of the property where they were installing a new patio area. Which would have been significantly more disruptive and costly to retro-fit). They also instructed, scheduled and managed high quality sub-contractors (for example custom joinery which is a key feature of the project). They were reliably considerate of the needs of our neighbours, be it in parking arrangements (avoiding certain sensitive locations), addressing noise concerns (limiting and timing noisy work to suit one neighbour’s particular concerns) and generally being polite, personable and transparent (as favourably commented to me by one neighbour). I wholeheartedly recommend DoBuild based on our experiences and recommend you look at their portfolio and get in touch.
