I'm Paul, an independent carpet and flooring fitter with over 20 years in the trade, covering South London, Surrey, Kent and Sussex. I fit every job personally no subcontractors, ever and I'm one of the few fitters who offers a labour-only service, so if you've already bought your carpet, vinyl or LVT elsewhere, I'll fit it to the same professional standard. Instead of asking you to choose flooring in a shop under artificial lighting, I bring the showroom to you. My mobile showroom carries high-quality samples of carpets, vinyls and LVTs, so you can see colours and textures in your own room, next to your own furniture. Every visit includes a free site survey, a subfloor moisture check. After thousands of floors fitted, my approach hasn't changed: direct communication, personal attention to detail, and a flat, durable, clean finish. Carpets are power-stretched to BS 5325 (British Standard), LVT installations include full subfloor preparation, moisture testing and self-levelling where needed, and sheet vinyl is fitted with heat-sealed joints for a watertight result. I also fit custom stair runners and replace tired underlay with Cloud Nine 8mm or 10mm.
