Germinate Design

Germinate Design have expertly designed and overseen the build of two gardens for me in Norrh London. Ana Sanchez Martin was my main point of contact and her extremely high levels of creativity, professionalism and attention to detail have been amazing. On both occasions I have been utterly thrilled with the outcome and in both houses the garden has become by far my most favourite ‘room in the house’ I highly reccommend Germinate!

Ana Sanchez Martin is a genius! She did a fantastic design for our small back garden when we lived in North London which we loved so much that when we moved to Harpenden we got her back in to redesign our larger garden. It was so awesome that we have been featured in Modern Gardens magazine and in Houzz articles! Would use Germinate Design again without hesitation and have recommended to many friends.

Ana is one of the most original and inventive designers I've some across, and I've seen more portfolios and websites than most. Her client's requirements were met with enthusiasm and care.

Ana from Germinate Design was great to deal with at all stages of our garden project, from first meeting to planning and through to the final execution. She listened carefully to our ideas and was really helpful in providing us with exactly what we wanted. She came up with a design that fitted our needs very well and we remain very happy with the result several years later. The actual process of creating the garden was efficient and hassle free. Ana has access to very good and reliable contractors. She has remained in touch with us afterwards and continues to offer helpful advice about ongoing changes to the planting. Ana took a neglected front garden, back garden and side garden, all within a triangular plot, and created a wrap-around garden unlike anything I have ever seen. The form and colour of the plants are magnificent, and the meandering path makes the garden seem even larger. Amongst it all, she designed two triangular plants beds which counter-pointed the overall shape of the plot, and even made space for a driveway in the front garden area. She combines a really keen eye for design with a great flair for colour and a superb knowledge of plants. It all came in on budget and to time. I would thoroughly recommend her.
