Haus12 Interiors is a German kitchen specialist design studio that is passionate about truly beautiful and practical kitchen design and customer service. John McNeil, the experienced kitchen designer behind Haus12 Interiors relocated his kitchen design business from Jesmond to a brand new railway arch location in the centre of Newcastle. Haus12 are now able to showcase a wider choice of mid to high end premium German kitchen furniture. With over 30 years experience in kitchen design John enjoys taking your ideas and giving you an exciting fresh perspective. We offer a full room solution from floor to ceiling including lighting design, engineered wood and porcelain flooring, radiators and underfloor heating. Haus12 strongly believes in the importance of developing personal relationships with each and every customer to create a kitchen that reflects your personality and taste. Our kitchen was completely renovated by Haus12. From Johns design to completion the process was faultless. The quality of workmanship from the whole team was excellent, especially from Lee the kitchen fitter whose attention to detail was exceptional. I would highly recommend John and his team.

Project included removing a wall and with complete new kitchen in our newly purchased home. John took lots of time to match our needs and colours of all items blended well. Well project managed throughout and John always prompt to get back to you. All trades very pleasant and helpful, ensured everything was right (we also had issues that were not kitchen related and all helped us resolve this) always cleared up and tidied things. Kitchen is quality and fantastic. So pleased we found Haus12!

We have just had our kitchen completely renovated by John and his team at Haus12. What a spectacular job they have done! John’s expertise in designing the kitchen was brilliant and really helped us see different possibilities for the room. The team he uses to undertake the work, fitters, plumbers, electricians and plasterers, are excellent especially Lee who laid the floor, painted, removed the existing kitchen and fitted the new units! Lee’s attention to detail is second to none. I would highly recommend John and Haus12 to anyone thinking of renovating their kitchen.

John at Haus-12 helped us create a stunning kitchen in our self build home. What made it all the more remarkable is that we did the entire process (design/ install) while living in another country. All the meetings were held on line and due to us being away the install was handle by John and his team, in conjunction with our builder, plumber and electrician. The finished design is a sleek, hidden, minimalist, modern and stylish kitchen. We love it. John has also been very supportive and helpful post install, answering any questions we have had. Haus 12 is highly recommended by us.

We are delighted with our new kitchen from Haus 12, it has become the room we spend most time in as John’s design and ideas have completely transformed the space. John is an expert in kitchen design and knows his products inside out, this meant that he was able to offer options and alternatives that we may not previously have considered. The result is an amazing high quality kitchen that is unique to us. John took time to get to know us and the type of kitchen we were looking for. Nothing was impossible, even under floor heating! In the fitting, every detail was considered and no corners were cut. The installation team were fantastic, especially Lee, who took the utmost pride and care in every thing he did. We couldn’t have wished for better and would definitely recommend Haus 12.

The Old Forge, Belford - Why go to multiple/high street kitchen retailers thinking you will get the best price? I cringe when I see friends or colleagues going to high street chains knowing how much they may spend for what can only be called a sub standard quality compared to what you will get from Haus12. We have an amazing kitchen, designed by the lovely John, a great guy who will meet your needs in every way. We would not change anything in our kitchen and John made our vision reality (and more). If you think you can get a kitchen cheaper else where, you are right, but the difference in quality will be a hundred miles apart in difference. I have been meaning to type this review for a while, (sorry John!) but as time goes by, I still love our kitchen and it looks as good as it did the first day it was done. Professional from start to finish, challenging my ideas in a good way so we achieved a perfect kitchen and with a fantastic fitter to complete the project. First class without having to be a millionaire to achieve high quality.

John at Haus-12 created a stunning and efficient kitchen for us. He was able to contend with both our changing whims as well as various external difficulties with supply chain. Our vision was quite different to many of his other projects but this didn't matter at all as he was effortlessly able to capture what was important to us and simply make it happen. The result is a modern, stylish kitchen but with real sensitivity to the old-fashioned farm-house vibe of the house. We love it. He has also really looked after us in terms of after-sales support/advice. Highly recommended.

There cannot be a better kitchen centre in the North East. From innovative design, excellent installation/ decoration and clearing up of any minor snagging, the whole process was faultless. Our old awkward shaped, cold kitchen in an older property has been completely transformed. The new high quality kitchen is well organised, feels warmer, appears bigger and looks stunning. Importantly, the cost was competitive. I would highly recommend Haus 12.

We found John through Google searches and went to his showroom in Newcastle. We loved the quality of the kitchens on display and also Johns knowledge and enthusiasm. This was the first time we’d ever bought a kitchen and John knew all the right questions to ask us and really made us think about what we wanted from our kitchen. We had quite a tight budget for the size of kitchen we were looking to get, but John was able to design our dream kitchen and bring it within our budget. John guided us through the whole process, and it was constantly clear that John had a great eye for detail and demanded very high standards from his team and suppliers. We always knew we were in safe hands. Lee did a superb job fitting the kitchen and the build quality and finish is outstanding. Can’t recommend John and the team from Haus12 enough! Chris & Ami

The whole experience has been exceptional from the initial consultation to the outstanding end result. We thoroughly researched what we wanted in our new kitchen and knew as soon as we met John at Haus12 that this was the standard of quality and attention to detail we had been looking for. John carefully listened to our ideas and knew exactly what vision we had for our kitchen. He then put together the most amazing design with innovative features that we hadn’t even thought of. John has an excellent team of workmen. Not only are they highly skilled in what they do but every single person was so dedicated, helpful, tidy and polite. The workmanship and dedication of Lee, who fitted our kitchen, was exceptional. The support throughout the whole process and after care advice has been outstanding. We would not hesitate in recommending Haus12 and would like to thank John and his team once again for creating our dream kitchen.

We went with Haus12 as they were highly recommended. We had a large project which included a kitchen and vinyl flooring covering the kitchen and living room area. We had lots of ideas on what we wanted the kitchen to include and look like. John's creative insights shifted our view point and we also have additional features we had not considered. The installation team were highly professional and we have a fabulous kitchen and flooring now. The main fitter Lee was a pleasure to work with.
