As a first time buyer attempting to renovate I felt so lost about how or where to begin, but Jasmin took me through the steps on where to start, how to progress, what sort of things I should look out for and where I could find reputable contractors. After purchasing our first investment rental property, we contacted Jasmin to help us create a standout design in a building with strong competition. We were impressed with Jasmin's portfolio, and particularly her knowledge and experience in the hotel sector. Her advice on design and understanding of commercial regulations was something we hadn't even considered. Now we've been made aware of this, we're very grateful to have future-proofed our property, without compromising on design. Jasmin put together several design concepts, all of which we loved, and would have been happy with. On asking Jasmin's professional opinion on which concept she preferred, we were excited by her knowledge of the of local area and the inspiration it gave her to incorporate that theme within the property. Again, something we would not have considered, let alone been able to implement ourselves. Jasmin was also able to provide us with where to purchase the furnishings she had chosen, as well as alternatives, and all within our budget and delivery deadlines. On a personal level, Jasmin was a joy to work with, always full of energy and great ideas, and went the extra mile at every stage of our journey. Bloody loved working with Jas. She was so patient with me, so full of ideas, and really creative. She helped us achieve the total lux look we wanted, but without going over our budget.
