Justine worked with us to design the renovation of our house. This was an - at times- fraught process, but she was always calm and on hand to walk us through the next step. She has entirely understood the aesthetic we wanted, and we're delighted with the house. I'm very glad that we decided to use an architect, and specifically, this one.

Using an architect was the best thing we did for our build. James from Lightbox gave us options that we hadn’t considered helped us avoid pitfalls and with his drawings and specifications enabled the rendering and build to progress smoothly. James have new ideas, an independent expert opinion was very professional in his communications and advice with third parties such as the local planning team, structural engineers etc. I cant rate lightbox highly enough, we have a lovely new space and got there with little stress.

When we decided to build a studio on to the back of our 1930's semi, we were looking for an architect who would really listen to what we wanted and engage with us creatively to design something special. James from Lightbox certainly did this and more. His design not only met our criteria but has that extra 'wow' factor! We now have a wonderful light and airy studio which maximises use of the space available and is a joy to work in. Lightbox provide a most professional service, James is approachable and reliable and pays close attention to those little details that make all the difference, not only to the design itself, but in terms of the quality of the spec, planning drawings and general advice and guidance provided throughout.

James of Lightbox Architects provided a great service in helping us to remodel a Victorian house and create a light and modern family home, while staying sympathetic to the original features and charm of the house. He was on hand to deal with many queries from builders and ourselves along the way which he fielded with great patience and professionalism. Overall an invaluable contribution to the project.
