Tracey helped us design our living room, and we couldn't be happier with the result. She came up with lovely ideas for every aspect of the room, from the curtains, artwork, furniture, wallpaper, and rugs. The finished space has come together beautifully, and both my wife and I are very pleased with it. Tracey was approachable, professional, and quick to respond to our calls and questions. She coordinated everything, including the curtain installation, wallpapering, and artwork installation. I really liked working with Tracey. She has an incredible vision for design. I had literally no idea where to start and she has hugely helped me to design a perfect bedroom. Tracey worked with us to make sure we achieved our dream home. She was extremely patient, throughout the whole design process. We started with a dining area and kitchen, which then led to the hallway and some months later the lounge. She always made herself available for meetings or to discuss our thoughts, either at our house at a time to suit us or in her shop. Her designs and ideas took us well out of our comfort zones and we are so thankful that she did. She also listened, if she sensed doubt in our reaction, she would explain her ideas, but if she still felt we were not totally convinced, she would modify her ideas until we were. Her eye for detail and colour coordination is excellent. We’re so glad we went through this process with Tracey as our home would not be as beautiful as it is without her. Even the builders we used were commenting on the style being introduced and when you consider these guys are in peoples homes all the time, that tells you something. Our advice to anyone considering using Lucia Victoria. Trust in Tracey. Thank you Tracey and will definitely see you again.

We had and still having bad experience with this company. They are good at actual design, however I would not under any circumstances recommend to subcontract tradesman or order any items via them, because it will be gambling. Long story short: Looking at all good reviews on google and other sites, we have decided to ask hire tradesmen via the company, decided to save ourselves some trouble of researching. Instead we got even more trouble, some of them were very incompetent, or trying just to cut corners to finish the job in short time and still manage not to complete it. Now we are left with unfinished bathroom which they have been promising to sort out for the last two months and beds which were installed in November 2017 in a rush and not properly assembled. Only in April 2018, they finally came over and installed them properly. No promised 20 years warranty documents were received yet for beds, keep chasing it, but no luck so far! They have tendency not to answer calls/text or emails whenever suits them, give false promises just in a hope that you will forget. Excuses given are that they with other clients and as if we are not clients of theirs anymore.

We recommended Lucia Victoria to out clients in Mereworth , The company was amazing , bring colour and imagination to our newly installed kitchen and flare to tie in with dinning room , we made a bespoke dinning table and Tracy finished off with soft furnishes throughout . Highly recommend
