Marek and his team did a fantastic job in replacing five sash windows for us. The new windows are fantastic, very well made and working perfectly in the boxes he also restored. They were a pleasure to have in the house, always punctual, very careful to keep the disruption to a minimum and made sure everything was completed and tidy before they left. Highly recommended.

Marek and the team did a splendid job. Our Edwardian home was in need of new windows. We wanted to retain as much of the original woodwork as possible, while improving the heat efficiency. Marek suggested renovating the Boxes and replacing the sashes (all of which had to be individually made). The finished result is really good, beautifully restored windows with double glazed sashes - so much so we have asked Marek to now do the back of the house. The team came when they said they would, and every day they were on site they were working all time. You get what you pay for, and we are very pleased with what we have got.

PM windows have done an absolutely amazing job of bringing the windows of our tired Edwardian house back to their former glory. I chose Marek and his team based on their passion and I’m so happy with the result. Where they existed the original sash windows were revamped and double glazed and where they’d been replaced by 1980s plastic windows, they installed beautiful casements including some detailed woodwork to mirror the originals. It was a pleasure to work with Marek and his team and all the neighbours have been remarking on how much better the house looks. I’d have no hesitation recommending Marek and his team to others. The work was completed in December and the team was tidy and conscientious.

I spent time getting a quote and negotiating replacement of five windows based on these reviews Please be aware, this company is not FENSA registered which means your will needs to apply prior to installation to the council and pay to have the work inspected. Marek did not make this clear at the quote. Also he expects 50% payment upfront which again he did not state at the quote. His work may look good, I assume it does from the other quotes, but he is not operating in a professional manner and I am writing this to warn others of the risks ( and he was only marginally cheaper than reputable FENSA approved companies ! )

PM windows were an amazing source when I was renovating and extremely neglected and run down property. They replaced all the windows at the back of my house, they look amazing. There were extremely quick to contact me, quote and finish the job exactly when they said they would. I would 100% recommend them and will be using them in the future for sure.

I cannot recommend PM Windows enough. Marek and his team are true professionals and if only every tradesman was like this in London!! Marek was incredibly responsive, responding very quickly to my initial query about having my windows refurbished and I assumed this was just because he was looking to give a price (as many builders start well and then end dreadfully), though this manner continued throughout the whole of the process. He is incredibly honest, polite, courteous and trustworthy and I actually had him often in my flat when I wasn't there. His craftmanship is incredible and he took what were very old period windows and left them looking as though they were literally brand new windows - my husband and I are astounded with the results. There was wood rot in one window, all of the weighting systems didn't work and they were also quite draughty, this by the end was completely overhauled. He was also very conscious of the fact I had a listed property and repaired everything as per the listed building requirements. He also gave me a price at the outset and although he actually had to do more work than he had initially anticipated he did not change the price and when I demanded to pay the extra costs incurred he would not allow me too as he said he had given his word at the outset that this would be the final price!! Unbelievable!! I don't think I have ever delat with or met a tradesman quite like him and his colleague. He also worked around me having a tenant in the flat and was very respectful of this situation, cleaning up thoroughly every day and trying to accomodate their needs in the morning before work. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would genuinely have no hesitation in recommending him. Having had lots of experience of tradesmen and builders in the past, Marek and his team went over and beyond what anybody could have expected of them and I would be delighted to speak to anyone that needed some reassurance about this kind of work being done. Marek also at the end of the job put everything back as it was before, including blinds, curtains etc and every day on the job before he left, he spent almost 40 minutes cleaning up after himself. These guys are truly amazing individuals in addition to being fantastic craftsmen. Thank you again Marek if you can see this! Marek - I seem to only to be able to upload 4 pictures but I have lots to now send to you if you would like them - I also should be able to dig out some before pictures which will show the appauling state of the windows before if you need them for customers.
