They listened to us and understood what we were trying to achieve, then worked with us to refine our ideas to overcome all the things we hadn’t thought about. They held our hand throughout the planning process and then helped us find and then project manage our builder to ensure that the project achieved the outcome we wanted. Along the way they were great at giving us inspiration to help us achieve a final result that is even better than we had imagined. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Yihyi fromShinz assisted me with my plans for my new house. She consulted me on every aspect but was also great at providing ideas in design, products to use and the timing of installations. I had my house refurbished with new doors, cornices and skirtings. The wall came down between 2 rooms to make a lovely kitchen diner. I had a fabulous new kitchen from Kutchenhaus and new bathroom suite from DR Peel. Yihyi was there every step of the way providing great advice and providing support to me.She assisted with the tenders for the works and I could say saved me some money. Yihyi suggested new windows and even though I got expensive Anglian windows I am delighted with the results.

Yihyi really helped us in the design for our extension and we are delighted with the results. The space is beautiful. She kept the builders on track and sorted out a few issues with them swiftly, taking the stress out of it. We were very grateful.
