Working with NOVO DESIGN has been an absolute pleasure. As a bespoke furniture manufacturer, we've had the opportunity to collaborate with Abbie and her talented team on a project, including crafting custom bedside cabinets tailored to their interior design vision. Abbie’s attention to detail, creativity, and professionalism make each project run smoothly and inspire us to produce our best work. Her clear communication and understanding of materials and design ensure that every piece we create is perfectly aligned with her client's needs. It’s always rewarding to see the final results that combine Abbie’s stunning designs with our craftsmanship. It was such a pleasure to work with Novo Design. I contacted Abbie as we were finalising our plans for a complete renovation of a large, old property in Derbyshire - to modernise, but retain character, and turn it into our 'forever home'. I had so many ideas - my Pinterest was out of control and I was overwhelmed with how to renovate and style the entire house, whilst ensuring that the spaces flowed well into each other. I desperately wanted to keep the character, whilst putting our own stamp on it, and I have a slight obsession with the Art Deco era. Enter Abbie and Reece... We started with chats and coffee, and immediately I loved the quiet leadership showed in both listening to my thoughts, eyeing up the house and its potential, and combining this with encouragement, ideas, alternatives and support. The professionalism, quality of content (scale drawings, room mock ups, mood boards/ samples etc) was incredible - yet all delivered with the ease and candour similar to that of an old friend. Their suppliers for things like curtains, cabinetry, artwork and furnishings were again professional and likeable, and such high quality. They also, critically, respected our budget throughout. The project was not without its challenges, spiralling supply costs in a post pandemic/ war-torn world and various delays and setbacks (nothing new there for a rebuild). More than anything I valued Abbie and Reece's support through this... flexibility with shifting dates, an ear when I needed to vent, and ideas when I was lost. Their input and support is what kept me positive through the most challenging parts of the build and, importantly, still enamoured with the plan. I am so proud of our home. It is unequivocally 'us', fitting our family's way of living like a glove. I continue to smile daily when I catch little details of greatness in the small things and will be forever grateful for Novo's help with it.

We have worked with Novo Design on several project. They are highly professional, communication and access to information is always spot on making the whole process flow seamlessly. Any issues are easy to resolve with sensible problem solving. The finished results are always stunning, Novo Design have a way of making the whole process and the completion of each project seem effortless. Abbie and Millie were essential in getting our project completed! They took all the stress out of deciding what designs we needed when our house needed rebuilding from the ground up after a flood. Their designs became our bible. They were so kind and generous in getting back to us so quickly with any questions and dilemmas. Everyone loves our house and we always point them towards Novo Design as they are the Best!

Novo have recently assisted with the complete reconfiguration and interior design of the ground floor of my house in Weybridge. This was a 6 week project and included structural challenges that meant necessary adaption of the layout to make the space work as effectively as possible. We were provided with an excellent mood board including an extensive range of interior design sets with hundreds of options for finishes, lighting and furniture to help build our perfect space. Both Abbie and Reece were on call 24/7 to pick up any concerns or challenges with lead times and minor details from the builders team. Would highly recommend their service, we’re so pleased with our finished product!

I worked alongside Abbie and colleagues at Novo Design on a challenging project relating to the refurb of a listed building. During the process, the guys at Novo were quick to respond to design queries and produced high-quality plans and drawings. I cannot overstate how important this was to overcoming potential concerns raised by officers during the application process. This ultimately led to a smooth process for the client and resulted in the granting of Listed Building Consent. We have been working with Abbie on our Georgian family home renovation for the last year. Novo Design are a fantastic and very professional Interior Designers. They are able to produce extremely high-quality, well-coordinated information in advance of the construction works, which ensures all information can be fully coordinated with the architects works and adequately priced for in the tender / costing process. Their information packages include highly detailed room layouts, room elevations, schedules and specifications, that leave nothing to the imagination, which helps to ensure a seamless build process. Most importantly of all, the finished product is excellent.

I engaged with Novo Design in August of 2019 during the late stages of a project that was teetering on the edge of disaster. My Business Partner and I needed someone to come in tie a bow on the design process of our restaurant in Central London as well as go on to Project Manage the Build. Abbie is very professional, listens well and offers schemes that meet the client requirements very well but with an additional design flair. I've worked with Novo since day one. Abbie and the team just never cease to amaze. On budget, nothing is too much trouble, their accuracy and detail and an eye for the unusual but on brand is a true talent that is often a little difficult to find when working with commercial and residential business. They really get the two distinctions but seem to bring in the on-budget and clever solutions from a commercial project and translate into something lovable and liveable.

Abbie was fantastic from start to finish she took care of everything but kept us involved, she had fantastic ideas exceeded all expectations with a board brief as we really didn't know what we wanted. I contacted Abbie at Novo Design to help me fall back in love with the living spaces in my house. I had no idea what I wanted as such, but having seen Abbie’s work I just knew she would completely transform the space, making it look effortlessly stylish, yet every detail being so well thought through. From our initial consultation to the design concepts to the actual day of filling my house with beautiful furniture and accessories I was truly blown away! I felt excited about my house again for the first time in years! Abbie liaised with my building contractors, decorators and all suppliers to ensure that everything was joined up and executed to plan and on time. She is nothing short of a perfectionist and just has an eye for what works! Classy, tasteful, unique - everything Abbie put together for us was just beautiful! We worked directly with Abbie at Novo Design on initial design consultation, planning applications, drawings/plans (both measured survey and internal design), product research and specification, contractor selection and also, very importantly, our project management. She has a massive depth of experience, knowledge and an extensive list of reliable, professional contacts that made our relatively large scale renovation a pleasure to deliver together - something previous projects we've undertaken have most definately not been! She's super pragmatic and always looking at sensible and most often, cost effective ways to solve design problems, which is refreshing and really helpful. We are about to work with Abbie again on our next project.

We hired Abby to help transform our dated working environment into a a place which encouraged our employees back in to the office and truly reflected the dynamism of our brand. We wanted a 'home from home' feel, that re-engaged our workforce whilst being stylish, open and client facing. That said - I don't think we truly knew what this looked like; this is where Novo Design came into their own, they were heads and shoulders above any other organisation we were introduced to when it came to innovation and efficiency. Abby is a true talent, her ability to visualize is second to none and the whole project was seamless from start to finish; nothing was too much of an ask. The space is incredible and has significantly improved how we work together and collaborate as a business. Since the renovation, not one person has visited without commenting on how stunning it is; I couldn't recommend Novo Design anymore.
