New Image Tiles, Kitchens & Bathrooms

I have had to get in touch with your store to order some discontinued tiles last week. I just wanted you to know how professional, courteous and helpful your staff were getting us exactly what we needed. Even helping us with local information as we were visiting the area for the first time. Lovely people.

Visiting kitchen design companies was disheartening due to their general lack of interest in us and our proposed project. However, visiting New Image’s showrooms was a totally different and uplifting experience. We were greeted by Kerrie Keegan the General Manager whose extensive knowledge of the company and its products filled us with hope. This was further raised when she introduced us to Az Chowdhury, their kitchen designer whose calm and reassuring manner gave us the confidence we needed to proceed with our project. Az’s understanding and comprehension of our requirements was extraordinary, as was his design ideas. We cannot thank him enough for transforming our old, tired kitchen into what is now described as a “Minimalist Light Grey Gloss Kitchen”, which is better than anything we could have imagined. During the course of the transformation we had dealings with other staff members. Without exception they were all friendly, knowledgable and interested in our project. What a great team - thank you all so much at New Image!

We recently bought some bespoke units for our bathroom, they are fantastic. Great build and look stunning, The showroom I fantastic and the service was brilliant. Would highly recommend.

I cannot praise New Image enough for the service they provided to me for my new bathroom suite and tiles. I ordered a roll top bath, large shower enclosure, high level W.C, sink, vanity unit plus all the necessary taps. Everything was supplied in perfect order. All the staff I dealt with were professional, knowledgable and quick to respond to my questions. Best of all they were competitive on price and still allowed me to pay in instalments. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.
