A very special experience delivered by Jarrods Staircases, which culminated in the installation of a superb contemporary Oak & Glass staircase. From the initial home Design Consultancy visit by Peter (Nicholson), whose vision through his subject knowledge and expertise shone through, to the attentive Client & Administration Management provided by Claire (Thomas), along with Technical Design “imagineering” of Cellan (Long). Not forgetting the wider team, including the Workshop who produce a world class product. Client care and satisfaction is at the forefront of Jarrod's service delivery, before, during and after installation. A very attentive company approach lead by Jarrod and Sherelle, congratulations to you both, your team do you proud. A special call out for Chris (Edwards), a true craftsman with an eye to perfection detail in his carpentry, the attached photographs are a testament to his skill and to the quality of Jarrod’s Staircases. The gift on completion of the staircase care hamper was a nice touch. Excellence all round, thank you, Andy & Sharon.
