We engaged Phil Hall of Plan Project Management to take care of the party wall agreement covering works being carried out by our neighbours. Phil was utterly professional at every stage. He took meticulous care on his site visits before and after the project, including taking relevant measurements to the last millimetre. He kept us informed throughout the process. The result was that we enjoyed peace of mind throughout the work, the peace of mind that comes from knowing you are in the hands of an experienced and dedicated master of his craft. Highly, highly recommended.

Phil project managed extensive structural works, including underpinning, at our property in Highbury. I can highly recommend him, he is professional, charming and incredibly resourceful, always finding a cost effective solution for any issues arising and always available to provide calm and expert advice. He is excellent at managing the finances, ensuring the best possible value for money. He established an excellent rapport with the builders delivering the project on budget and on time. You can't do better.

Phil did a fantastic job for us on our renovation project. He kept the builders to time and to cost, saved us from a huge amount of the stress that comes with building works, and had many good ideas about the project that we just wouldn't have thought of ourselves. Highly recommended!

Phil project managed and planned my new kitchen from start to finish. This involved drawings, planning, party wall agreements, removing walls and completely changing the layout. It all ran extremely smoothly and I could not be more happy with the final product. He ensured that the project ran to cost and timescales and I did not need to be concerned with anything.

My project was already underway but I was lost on some key decisions in areas I have little or no knowledge. Phil was recommended to me and he was quick to respond and gave really clear and pragmatic advise that meant I could make an informed choice versus what was easiest/cheapest for my contractor. Working with Phil I realised the benefit of having some one like him in on the project from the very beginning. Wish I could turn back time.

Phil came highly recommended from a very close friend of ours who had recently upgraded their Kitchen. From the very first project meeting to the last onsite visit, Phil has done an excellent job of managing this project. Without his organisational skills, expert knowledge of which suppliers to use, this project would not have been delivered ontime and below budget. We would highly recommend Phil at plan project management - he takes all the stress away from managing such a large project. His expertise is worth every penny, as it saved us a lot of time and money which we wouldn't have been able to do.

Plan Project Management recently quoted for architectural services, building works and project management. They provided so much creative and lateral thinking about how our space could be best utilised, in ways we hadn’t even thought of. The approach was really informative in a friendly and professional way with a prompt thorough costing and project management plan. This meant we didn’t have to deal directly with builders and the other trades and as we both work fulltime, we felt reassured that we could leave the project in the best hands possible putting our minds at rest. Definitely recommend whether it’s a small internal project or full extension/ conversion.

We have recently completed a full refurbishment of our detached home in West London. The works included a full strip out, extensions to the side, double storey to the rear and loft, a complete internal reconfiguration, landscaping to front and rear. Phil at PPM provided us the full professional package, starting with informal meetings at the house discussing ideas, preparing the architectural drawings, submitting our application to the council, dealing with the council's queries (which were extensive as the property is in a conservation area), obtaining planning permission, preparing the detailed specification and tender document, obtaining party wall agreements, meeting various contractors and choosing the contractor, getting a jct contract signed and then project managing the build, preparing fortnightly valuations and agreeing any variations and extra costs. Phil's commitment to the job was overwhelming, he's a true professional who loves his work. I would have no hesitation in recommending PPM to anyone.
