We are thrilled with our new Shower Room !!, The whole process from the moment we walked into the Showroom to the completion of our Shower room , was seamless and stress free. Thank you so much to Coral Pegg and her fantastic design and to Bob and his team of fitters .It was a pleasure to have them in our home as they were very friendly and professional. We have just had a new bathroom and we couldn’t be more pleased. From first entering the showroom to enquire right through to completion everyone was so helpful, friendly and professional. Coral’s designs were great and she was so patient as we tweaked little things to design our perfect bathroom. Bob and Daz the fitters were very professional, efficient and friendly. I couldn’t recommend Ramsey’s highly enough, I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them again.

Despite this review being 2 years late due to our error in thinking it had been submitted, the positive is we can testify to the outstanding reliability and quality of Ramseys . From the fantastic creative bathroom design by Coral who made the whole experience an exciting and pleasureable time to Nathan who worked non stop to fit and overcome some unforseen snags on our end. We cannot thank or recommend you highly enough for what you did in transforming the bathroom and look forward to further work we will need doing.

6 months ago we approached Ramsey's for help in designing a new bathroom and fitted storage and shelving in our downstairs pantry. We spoke to Coral Pegg who is very friendly and professional at all times. Coral took time to find out our requirements for the new bathroom and storage in the pantry. What at first seemed a daunting project was simplified with Coral's help, experience and product knowledge. We are very happy with the finished work and wish to thank Coral, Ramsey for his input and particularly the trades people that they use. Steve and Ben Cresswell who did the building work, tiling and plumbing. Also James of LJD Electrical. We won't hesitate to recommend Ramsey's in the future.

We are highly delighted with the completion of bathroom room refurbishment From the onset of our project, we were guided by Coral Pegg who came up with some fabulous designs for our bathroom. We were shown a great selection of quality products that were available at an exceptionally affordable price too, including some beautiful tiles which now adorn our walls and floor. Coral kept us updated on the progress of our order and also arranged the bathroom fitters who did an excellent job well done Steve. We cannot thank Ramsey’s enough for all the help a guidance throughout this project, especially Coral. We would definitely recommend this company.

Ramsey's are a friendly and approachable company, attentive and responsive to queries. The process from planning to installation ran smoothly. Their kitchen installer, James Farmer, was second to none.

Very pleased with the professional service we received from all the staff at Ramseys. We went to them with vague ideas of transforming both our bathroom and shower room into more modern and inviting areas in our home. Coral visited our home to assess how best she could transform them into the stunning rooms they are today. She listened to what our priorities were within a budget that we felt comfortable with, giving us lots of options to achieve the desired outcome. The work was carried out both professionally and efficiently by Steve and his son Ben, James and with assistance from Stuart, they all delivered our gorgeous bathrooms within the time frame they suggested, throughout that time they ensured the work carried out was to our satisfaction, allowing discussion at various intervals to create the rooms to our specific preferences. I used Ramsey's to install my new bathroom. From the start to the end of the experience it was made as easy and professional as possible....it was without fault. I made contact by phone and I had an appointment in the showroom with Coral. I had no idea what kind of bathroom I wanted but I knew I wanted as little hassle as possible. From helping with the decision to the kind of bathroom I wanted and keeping it within my budget, to the installation, it all went without a single hitch. Everything was ordered and installed as promised and even the actual installation went as smoothly as possible by Nathan who took a great deal of care to make sure everything was exactly right. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company.... definitely FIRST CLASS.

Coral created a fantastic design for our new bathroom that we never would have thought of, it was innovative and made brilliant use of the (slightly difficult) space. Couldn't be happier with the finish from Nathan too, we love our new bathroom! Thank you Ramsey's.

I cannot speak too highly of Ramsey's. We used them 10 years ago to refurbish our bathrooms and a few weeks ago they supplied and fitted a completely new kitchen. On each occasion the quality of their products and, in particular, of their work has been first class. The showroom staff are friendly and helpful and Ramsey himself is an absolute pleasure to deal with. The fitters are extremely professional in their approach, take an enormous pride in their work and nothing is too much trouble for them. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in using Ramsey's again.

When we walked into Ramsey’s and said we were looking into having two bathrooms and a cloakroom renovated John Brentnall must have thought we were crazy. We had previously had our kitchen renovated by them, so we knew we were in safe hands. John worked on the designs and after a few changes made because of cost, work commenced. It was supposed to take up to 5 weeks, but the guys worked so hard that it was finished within 2 and a half weeks. We are delighted with the new rooms, Johns designs look fantastic. Bob, (who also fitted the kitchen) Darren, Nathan, Martin and James were all fantastic, a really nice bunch of people who it was a pleasure to deal with. They made sure we were happy with how the build was progressing and kept us informed at every stage. They put dustsheets down everywhere and cleaned up before they left every evening. They were punctual and courteous. We would recommend Ramsey’s without hesitation.

Highly recommend our designer John Brentnall at Ramsey's. Love our kitchen and John was brilliant throughout the whole process. Put together a number of designs for us and the software he used is excellent for giving a great feel for how it will actually look when complete. He used his experience to tailor what our requirements were to match them with a design that looks great. John is also a smashing person to deal with. Very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Always available to answer any questions and John shows what great customer service should be like. Fitters that installed the kitchen were also excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ramsey's or go to them again in the future.

Ramsey’s offered a very professional design and fitting service to renovate our Bathroom. Right from the start of the project we were looked after very well by Ramsey with a home visit and two design sessions in the showroom. 3D images and CAD designs provided help and guidance to enable us to select the correct products to satisfy our requirements and to maximise the use of the space available and create a luxurious stunning practical shower room. Nathan installed the bathroom and was very professional keeping us well informed of the progress of the project. He was highly skilled and very conscientious and provided a very high quality of fitting and finish to perfection with great attention to detail and the minimum of disruption possible. We are highly delighted with the whole process from design to completion and love the stunning illuminated niche and the sumptuous luxurious contemporary feel to the room. Ramsey’s offered a very professional design service throughout our new kitchen project, They helped to ensure we maximised the use of the space available in our extension, adjusting the design as required, as things changed with the build. Lots of helpful advice and loads of support when any snags did appear. ensuring we got a top-notch result. Thanks Ramsey, Steve and the rest of the team for great service.

We engaged Ramsey's to completely refit our main bathroom. This involved removing a double size spa bath and taking the room back to brick, including removing existing floor tiles. John Brentnall offered expert opinion and provided digital drawings of the bathroom to show what it would look like at completion; we can honestly say that the finished product did look like the drawings John provided! He created a look for the bathroom that was in keeping with the rest of the cottage. The work was completed in two weeks and the install team were great throughout the rebuild, taking care during the demolition of the existing bathroom and removing all the rubbish including the monster sized spa bath which required cutting into four in order to get it down the stairs. They also asked us about the details of the finish and finite positioning of everything in the new design. Communication is the key to a project like this bathroom renovation. The install team was led by Steve Cresswell and we would highly recommend him.

A stunning kitchen designed by John Brentnall of Ramseys Our new kitchen is simply amazing, slick, efficient and easy to use. John could see the potential when he visited our house. I wanted to have the smallish kitchen and dining room knocked into one with loads of storage. John’s design delivered big time. Ramseys also introduced us to James from the demolition of the wall between kitchen and dining room, the fitting, the electricians the plumbers and plasterers and the painter. The workmanship of all the guys is second to none. I am so very thrilled with it.

we have used Ramseys for a few projects - main bathroom, utility room and most recently an ensuite refit. Ramseys have a great team of designers who work with you to plan a refit which will suit & fit your needs & space. Design isn't everything however as without good fitters the refit wont last and the fitters were great, working with our older house which throws up challenges:

We cannot recommend Ramsey's highly enough. From the very start of the project, Ramsey's gave us an excellent level of service and design advice which is very rare to find these days. The installation of our project over 3 weeks was also extremely well handled, and Ramsey's installation team were superb - they were genuinely lovely people to have in your home (Rob, Darren and James - a huge thank you to all of you). We are now planning a further project with Ramsey's in early/mid 2022.

John did our ensuite and shower room. We have been to Ramsey's in the past for carpets so we knew their quality. We were not disappointed and are highly delighted with the work done. The room looks great

My kitchen is the third room to be changed for me by Ramseys. About 25+ years ago Ramseys did bedroom suites as well as kitchens and bathrooms. We had a lovely bedroom suite which is still looking like new today. When we went to look at bedroom furniture we saw a beautiful kitchen so we ended up having that a short time later. As the years have passed the kitchen has remained in very good condition. I am the one that has aged and was finding great difficulty in getting to lower cupboards and decided I needed to do something about it whilst I was capable of dealing with the upheaval. Who else would I go to but Ramsey's as the quality and workmanship of the past influenced my decision. I was not wrong. I was introduced to all the latest improvements. The materials, colours and variety of finishes. It was great seeing it on the computer. Suggestions were made that helped to guide me to what is now a very wonderful kitchen. The work surface, cupboards, floor and new lighting have transformed my kitchen and made life so much easier for me. Absolutely brilliant. I cannot recommend too highly.

Excellent service. Ramsey was keen to ensure we had the bathroom we wanted which involved a few re-designs. The bathroom is very high quality and the finish is excellent.

Over the last few years we have had two fitted kitchens , an En Suite , and just had a bathroom fitted , which all I can say is wow , wow and Ramsey’s just keep getting better and better, with service and customer care second to none . It’s starts when you walk through the door the attention we received from John who just seemed to know what we required , his help was invaluable . Over the past 15 years we have hired Ramsey's to design and install two kitchens and three bathrooms. Each time we have been treated with courtesy and respect and the design team have really taken the time to understand our needs and taste and worked with us to find a design that not only fits our lifestyle but also our budget. Our latest project involved building a kitchen extension and Ramsey's liaised directly with our builder to ensure the kitchen units were delivered and fitted to the agreed timescale. We used Ramseys for design and installation of a new bedroom and en-suite bathroom in Oct / Nov 2018. The designer we worked with was helpful and professional at all times giving us a range of options to choose from. On installation there were a number of relatively minor issues which were resolved in the best way possible but which resulted in us not quite getting the outcome we originally expected. I was surprised that there was no follow up post installation. I would use Ramseys again if I had another project as they were better than the similar companies I have used before.

The design for our kitchen was creative and understood our ideas and budget. Throughout the process, Ramseys were utterly reliable and responsive and stuck to their timescales. Minor issues were resolved proactively without any issues. Staff were consistently available to answer queries and liaised seamlessly with our builders. All subcontractors (fitters, work surface suppliers) adhered to the same high standards and were well managed by Ramseys. We were delighted with the finished result and would have no hesitation in using them again, or in recommending. Jean, our designer, took ownership of the entire project...even visiting on-site to assure our electrician of some details - absolutely went above and beyond - a true superstar!

Ramseys designed and installed my kitchen 3 years ago and are now doing the same for my new extension and Utility Room. When originally obtaining Kitchen quotes we found Ramseys to be a similar price to everyone else but the quality of design and product was far far superior so representing great value for money than others. Their fitters ensured a seamless installation and their costs were significantly cheaper than others or builders costs.
