Randell Design Group appointed us as the main contractor on a fantastic project on the South Coast. Collectively we completed the project on time. The project consisted of demolition of existing extension, keeping the original thatched cottage in all its glory. Creating a single story extension with open plan kitchen dining/cinema area, study, utility, child's playroom, master bedroom, en-suite and 2 additional bedrooms. Ground source heat pump installed along with latest Lutron electrics. Exterior clad with Siberian Larch and fully knapped flints. The team at Randell were a pleasure to work with, professional, approachable, knowledgeable and accurate. We held regular site meetings with Andy Young and the client to complete valuations. This project was beautifully designed, an incredible contrast of old and new. We look forward to working on future projects with you.

Simon and I worked together on a beautiful harbour side home in Bosham on a project where Simon designed a contemporary extension to a Listed property. The nature of the project, and the requirement for planning consent, could have resulted in a 'standard' extension, but Simon's vision and perseverance resulted in a beautifully crafted space. It also meant that I was given a great opportunity to carry his design approach through to the garden, and it became a very enjoyable and rewarding project to work on.
