We chose The Small Bathroom Company for the design and installation of a new bathroom and Japanese-style loo with integrated bidet functions, and we are extremely pleased with both the process and the finished result. Our fitter, Richard Mead, was excellent throughout. His craftsmanship, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills were evident at every stage of the project. He was professional, approachable, and clearly committed to delivering a high-quality finish. The completed rooms look superb and have transformed the space. We were equally impressed with the electrician, who not only carried out the installation work efficiently but also helped resolve a few unrelated electrical issues in the house while he was here. That level of helpfulness and customer service really stood out. The project was completed with minimal disruption, communication was good throughout, and everyone treated our home with care and respect. We would happily recommend The Small Bathroom Company to anyone looking for a reliable company capable of delivering excellent design, workmanship and service. David and his team did a great job and I couldn’t be more pleased with my bathroom. It’s a big thank you to Sarah who patiently translated my ideas into the design, to Ashton who dealt with the invoices, and to Tom who did such an outstanding job fitting the bathroom. He took great care with the detail and the finish is so good. David masterminded the project, advising and staying on top of it, bringing it in on budget.

David has designed a wonderful en-suite for my (very fussy!) teenage daughter. He really listens to what the customer wants, and takes budget and personal tastes into consideration, whilst contributing clever, creative and practical ideas. I was particularly impressed with the clear and regular communication throughout the whole process - so much more tailored and personal than similar businesses. Tom - who did the build - was incredible. Polite, professional, flexible, worked efficiently (and tidily!) and was so kind and respectful in our home. Amazing.

David and the team did two bathroom renovations for us and we’re absolutely thrilled. He was super easy to work with, always quick to reply to my many questions, and really mindful of our budget. The free 3D designs and animations made planning so much simpler, and his product and layout suggestions were spot‑on. The free delivery service at times that worked with our family schedule was a great bonus. A great experience from start to finish.

So very happy with the beautiful and stylish new bathroom. The whole process from design to fitting was very professional, friendly and quick. They really listened to the ideas, recognised the style and came with the relevant design recommendations and products to choose from and organised everything from start to finish. Couldn't be more happier really lovely company! They will be doing the cloakroom next.

David and team have done an incredible job on our two bathrooms. We needed a lot of help with the design as we are not creatively-minded, and also needed help with process and organisation as with two small children and busy jobs we are very time poor. David calmly guided us through the whole process and the outcome has far exceeded what we hoped for when we set out to get the work done. Highly recommend to anyone looking to have their bathrooms redone.

David and Aaron have done a fantastic job with our bathroom. We wanted to have the wall knocked through between the toilet and the bathroom and create a shower in the space where the toilet used to be along with a full bathroom refurb. David was extremely helpful and attentive from start to finish, he assisted in providing ideas and advice, plenty of catalogues and samples to choose from and a 3D model of how our finished bathroom would look. Aaron then came to do the work and he was an absolute pleasure to have in the house and clearly loves what he does. We are extremely happy with the end product and would highly recommend using The Small Bathroom Company for any bathroom updates.

David's work was great! He suggested us the options within our preferences and our constraints. The result of the design of the bathroom is just great! We are loving our new bathroom, now fully functional and stylish!. Then on the building side, Tom's work was amazing!.he was accommodating and took time to look the best solutions. Tom accomodate to our schedule (baby coming soon). All in all we are happy with the result, and also with the process! Fully recommended!
