We have had a great experience with TLSC renovating our home. The project involved an extension as well as substantial renovations throughout the house. Along the way, the team has worked through several challenges with us -including some caused by other parties - and handled them in a great way.

The team at TLSC have been great to have in our house, always polite, always positive and it feels like nothing is a hassle. The price was very reasonable, there were no over-runs on budget and despite plenty of challenges along the way, the team have always done their best to ensure that we are happy with everything.

We couldn’t be happier with the renovation of our garage. As first-time renovators, we had a lot of doubts going in, but Harry and the team were fantastic at explaining every step and putting our minds at ease. The project ran exactly to the timeline promised — work started when agreed and finished on schedule. Communication throughout was excellent, with Harry staying in regular contact to make sure everything was on track. Inevitably, there were countless small decisions the team has to make without checking in on every detail, and every one of those calls was spot on. TLSC have just finished a shell loft conversion and roof replacement with us. They did a great job and so are now helping us complete some additional work we hadn't originally planned to get help with. Harry, Sonny, and the team were excellent throughout. The work was done quickly and to a high standard, including nice touches such as accents on the fascias. The part we were most surprised by was how clean and tidy they were. We expected a lot of dust and dirt (and yes of course there was dust and dirt), but they cleaned up after themselves throughout. At the end of every day they went around and make sure things were clean. Communication was good throughout, the team were friendly and easy to work with. We would recommend Harry, Sonny and the team at TLSC.

We recently worked with this team on our pod room extension, and overall, we are very pleased with the outcome. The team worked extremely quickly, and the project was delivered at a very reasonable and affordable cost, which we really appreciated. The final quality of the work is good, and the new space has made a great addition to our home. During the process, there were a few issues, as is often the case with building projects, but these were addressed and rectified promptly by the team, which gave us confidence. Jinder and Harry were always reachable, responsive, and helpful throughout the project, which made communication smooth and straightforward. We also found the builder to be honest and transparent in his approach. While there is still some room for improvement when it comes to attention to detail, the overall experience was very positive. Based on our experience, I would rate their work 5/5.

From the outset Harry was confident we could achieve what I’d envisioned my Extension to be. He understood what I wanted from my space; we discussed budgets and costs in detail and compared to other quotes TLSC were the closest to accommodating my budget while still maintaining the quality I was looking for. Work began in September with a deadline set for before Christmas. Initially I was apprehensive about meeting that timeline but Gugan and Ronnie worked tirelessly and before long the foundations were in place. As the project progressed the team expanded with Gurjeet and Sonny overseeing the wider build. Gurjeet was on site every day and I can’t recommend him highly enough, if you’re lucky to have him as your foreman, he is, respectful, reliable and incredibly supportive. Any query or change I raised with him was always met with a solution, never a problem. He made me feel at ease throughout the project. The Extension was completed on time; the process was smooth, well organised and far less stressful than I had anticipated. I worked with the TLSC team on a full house renovation and couldn't be happier. Harry was great at every stage, from handling my initial quote to managing the budgets. Our family is so pleased with the loft conversion that TLSC recently completed for our home in Norbury. Harry was a pleasure to work with, making sure everything went to plan, stepping in to sort out any miscommunications, and making me feel like there was no such thing as a dumb question. We experienced issues with late deliveries and missing items from our bathroom supplier (not associated with TSLC), and Jinder was able to resolve any problems as they arose. Harry, Jinder and his team were great throughout the whole process for my shell loft conversion. Harry was immensely helpful and provided me with multiple options/ideas for my build. They were very punctual, professional, and the work has been done to a high standard. Despite there being couple of changes to the plan mid-way through the build, Jinder and his team were very accommodating and were happy to make the requested changes. We had a lovely experience working along with TLSC. The work was performed as we expected and the result was excellent! The team was great and open to ideas and to provide us with their own ideas as well. Our project was to renovate all our ground floor - changing living room floors, reducing our bathroom and completely changing our kitchen. In the kitchen we added a small side extension using a glass box and fully opened our back wall to the garden using sliding doors. The end result was great and we really appreciate the effort from all the team that worked with us on this project, specially Shaban and Harry.

I carried out an extensive renovation of my Victorian terrace, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. This is the second time I have used TLSC and once again I couldn't be happier. They provided a detailed quotation which clearly explained what was included and what optional upgrades we could choose. They started on time and worked hard every day. On the rare occasions they needed to be off-site they informed me in advance. The quality of the finish is high. Whenever they encountered an issue with the property they recommended the best solution and prices any additional work fairly, so I always knew where I was with the project budget. They were great at managing the external contractors and I arranged for client supplied materials and they always let me know what was required. I would recommend TLSC and have done to several friends.

TLCS have done both a dormer loft as well as a rear side extension to structure. On the whole the experience has been positive. A few errors were made along the way but these were corrected. They offer a very competitive price and overall we are happy to have chosen TLCS.

I am happy to recommend TLSC, we asked 5 companies to quote and TLSC were not only the most proactive but were very competitive. The rear extension and a couple of bathroom refurbs took approx. four months to build. The foreman was very helpful and the team just couldn’t do enough for us. Our experience with TLSC has been great. Everyone we dealt with has been very professional from the planning side to the builders, plumbers and electricians. We are absolutely thrilled with our loft extension project carried out from the build, right through to the decoration/finishing. The whole process was very smooth. They were very respectful and tidy throughout and we are very much enjoying making use of the new space. TLSC stuck to their delivery timescales and were very communicative throughout the process. Having one point of contact was really helpful so we didn’t have to manage every little thing with the individual tradesmen.

We have used TLSC for major refurbishment of our Bungalow at Spring Grove Road, Isleworth. This included new flooring, under floor heating, new roof, extension, annex new walls, sliding glass door panels, floor and roof. New Boiler fitting. New Electric and internet wiring and new kitchen appliance fitting. The team is very professional and take care of every aspect of project including safety and regulatory compliances. It has been more than 3 years since they did the job and we moved in the property, but still if something goes bad or i need their help to fix something, they are just a call away. I think I made best decision to get my hose done with these guys.

We recently completed a major renovation project in central London with The Loft Structure Company (Harry, Jinder and the team), transforming a dated property into beautiful, modernised home. The project included a loft conversion with a new bedroom and ensuite, a full refurbishment with a new kitchen, bathrooms, understairs WC, new floors, ceilings, electrics, central air conditioning, boiler, soundproofing, fitted wardrobes, and smart switches/ sockets. Overall, we're very satisfied with the final result and would happily recommend Jinder and his team.

Harry and his team have just finished a loft Shell which allowed us to complete a rear extension which is the space we really needed and they went on to do. Finished on time and budget, we were a little nervous as they came in under the other quotes we had but all worked out really well. Highly recommended.

Great bunch of lads working on our loft. Turned up on time. Really well coordinated by Harry Overall a good experience. They were particularly understanding of a difficult neighbour. The finishing team they recommended took slightly longer than we thought however bearing in mind the cost savings a weeks overrun is nothing!

We needed more space downstairs but knew the loft would be difficult to build once the extension was built. Loft structures built the shell in under 3 weeks and made it water tight. After the extension was complete we finished the loft after 6 months and managed to save over 10k from the quotes we were given. Highly recommend.

“A friend recommended The Loft Structure Company to do my loft conversion. To be honest I didn’t think that building the shell was an option especially in the time stated. We were on a tight budget and needed more space urgently as we had a baby due. The quotes we received were upwards of £50k so to get it finished for under £40k was amazing.”

We needed room downstairs more than the loft however we knew we should really start at the top. Loft structures provided the answer in building a shell leaving just the internal works to complete when we were ready. Harry and the team finished in just over two weeks. A great option. Well done
