Having seen positive reviews (albeit in hindsight many appear from colleagues/co workers) we found the service somewhat disappointing and not representative of the reviews. The whole process from the initial meeting was highly disorganised along with poor written and verbal communication. They didn’t turn up at the agreed time (apparently it wasn’t in their diary) then we called them, and they came along. It all seemed very hurried and disorganised notwithstanding there seemed to be limited research done pre visit which they advertise, with our main “takeaway” from the visit being only that we should visit a couple of estate agents. They stayed for 40 mins and upon leaving followed up with absolutely nothing and no correspondence or anything, which we found surprising. Literally they left and all we subsequently received was an invoice for an hour despite them being here for 40 minutes and not the hour they claim in their website or what we were expecting. Nice people but I would not have confidence in giving them a project as we found them to be very chaotic and not to the standard one could reasonably expect and I wouldn’t waste your money on a site visit as it offered no value to us. Certainly not 5*’s but DYOR.

L + Architects are an absolute pleasure to work with. They made the entire process seamless from concept to completion. The team were professional, pleasant, capable, knowledgeable, caring and responsive. They brought my vision to life, with their innovation and technical expertise. I would highly recommend Pablo, Lindsey and the team for any residential or commercial project.

Great design and very straight forward to deal with. They incorporated all our ideas with the addition of some lovely design flair that was both beautiful and practical. I would highly recommend.

We asked Pablo to come out to our home to help with our extension project and carry out a site appraisal. Pablo spent some time with us and helped us understand the possibilities and see our project in a different light. We had a follow-up video call to discuss his concept and site appraisal for our home which was both detailed and informative. We would definitely recommend a site appraisal as it opened our eyes to concepts and attributes of our home we had not been aware of before! Pablo is clearly an incredibly talented architect and we hope to work with him in the future.

We cannot recommend L+ Architects enough. We have triangular shaped house which confused many other architects and builders -- they simply could not get beyond the typical extension/format on our road. Fortunately L+ found a vision and we've made the most of the unusual shape with a great triangular island in the kitchen (stunning) and a lengthy utility room. And an amazing triangular rooflight bringing the outside in,,,lovely natural light. Will add photos.

‘L+ Architects and Prospace worked on a large £1.2 million project in Esher, Surrey. Pablo Lambrechts carefully took the clients’ brief and surpassed the clients expectations and needs whilst delivering everything they needed for a busy family home. This was a prime development and L+ Architects created inspirational interior architecture design to maximise the space and the light. The design was both elegant and very modern in this brutalist house originally designed by the architect Royston Summers. L+ Architects were always professional and prompt and a pleasure to work with. A bespoke lighting design was created to enhance the mood, time of day and the different spaces. A statement cantilevered staircase became the focal point of the home enhanced by interior cladding ‘fins’ with brass accents making this conservation and refurbishment into a stunning home that would grace any design magazine in the world. We hope to collaborate with L+ Architects in the future and highly recommend them.’

Pablo, Lindsey and their team are masterful! Their designs are far superior to other architects we've had experience with and the overall service and delivery excellent. From initial contact to the recent completion of our project everything has gone smoothly and we are really happy with our new extension!
