I was very impressed by the service from Udex, from the beginning to the end. We whole heatedly recommend the UDEX team. Saam orchestrated a large-scale remodeling of our newly bought house. The property was purchased in a state that clearly required infrastructure works, in addition to some changes we wanted. These included garage and extension conversion to habitable rooms, open plan kitchen, addition of a bathroom and wall shifting in the 1st floor, bespoke kitchen and wardrobes. The pictures can speak for themselves about the outstanding outcome, but they cannot describe the journey. Throughout this process Saam was patient, approachable, communicative, kind and gave good advice. He is an experienced and meticulous architect, with a good eye for detail and admirable work ethics. Saam saw the space not merely as a physical entity, but envisioned it's functionality and relevance to those who will use it. We are very happy we used his project management service too, as we would have never been able to oversee and mitigate the amount of "open-ends" a construction process naturally presents with (as we are very busy people). He was helpful with all facets of the process from large to small, spanning the procurement of materials, sourcing construction/carpentry teams, overseeing and resolving problems. In particular, the kitchen design which was custom tailored to our requests, colours, and space restrictions, resulted in a gorgeous space, just as we hoped for! It is the heart of the house, filling it with family warmth and the smell of freshly baked bread. We are grateful and so pleased that we chose UDEX for our first ever house. Design and Management for Loft conversion + Renovation of Interior and exterior Udex were great at providing a quick turnaround for our planned building project. Saam and Grace our architects were brilliant at producing a set of floor plans that captured our brief perfectly.

We are really impressed with the design of our planned building project. I hope that the rest of the build goes as smoothly as this part of the process. Udex were great. Saam, the lead architect, listened carefully to our requirements for a master bedroom/ensuite and managed to interpret them into an impressive, contemporary space which will significantly enhance the property whilst fitting in seamlessly with the existing structure.

My biggest barrier to achieve my goal on my home renovation project was the planning permission. After countless years of frustrated attempts with other London architects and the disappointment of loosing the applications each and every time, my motivation was drained... Saam and the team were very accommodating as they went over the design aspects and our options with us. Even though we believed we knew what we wanted before the process started, it became clear that we still had a lot of questions, which they were able to address and give us an complete design we are happy with. The team did a great job of keeping the project moving and on schedule after the planning was approved.

We were remotely kept up to date on the project's progress via a client dashboard which was a fantastic experience. Really lovely people who seem very passionate about what they do. Always positive and professional.

Saam and Ghaz were constantly communicative from day one. Ghaz engaged with us during the whole process, understood our requirements very well, gave us very helpful architecture / planning /design advice, delivered more than we asked for. Cannot give them high enough praise.

Two of our planning applications and their drawings were made at UDEX. The survey was prioritised quickly and the drawings were submitted on time. The corrections and revisions were completed with a short turn-over rate given the number of projects they had going on simultaneously. I would suggest UDEX given their efficiency to produce what was discussed without any scheduling delays. Cheers!

It was wonderful to work professionally in collaboration with Saam and his team at Udex regarding a consultation on the construction, planning, and approval documentation on a project in London between our New York-based office. They were able to mitigate all council issues as they surfaced without losing anytime to bid out with contractors internationally. Furthermore, their insights into optimising solar placement per the client's request diminished the need to reduce the electricity cost. This is an early review since this process is still ongoing, but our initial offers were recently made available to us. I want to share how pleased we are right now. Even though we seem to have had a very long list of demands that we really didn't believe would work with our plot, nothing has seemed to be too challenging. In addition to a major renovation to make the rest of the house usable for our family, we are planning an annex for a family member. The best part was getting three different proposals presented to us. The 3D pictures really helped us understand the scale of the proposals, and it was nice to have some features that we didn't like (as we didn't realise they were until we saw them). We are now moving on to the next stage, where we are choosing the best aspects from each of the three possibilities, and we'll see how we do. We have had a tonne of questions along the road and will undoubtedly many more. Saam has always been really kind and patient with us, and we are very happy we decided to work with them.
