Jake and his team did an excellent job installing two small bathrooms in our house. One of the bathrooms was especially tricky as it was super small and located in the loft, but Jake’s team did a wonderful job and we are very pleased with the final result. Everything, from start to finish was excellent. Highly recommend!

Jake and Igor were absolutely first class when installing a new bathroom for us. Nothing was too much effort for them - we were constantly updated on the status and never had to chase, the installation was faultless and all went to time, there was a work ethic that you don't often see with extra hours being put in to ensure there were no delays, and any changes or additional points we asked for were dealt with swiftly and without issue. For example, it was noticed that there was insufficient insultation above the bathroom and that was sourced and fitted without cost for us. We couldn't recommend them any more highly, and will definitely be using them again for any further works.

At the risk of sounding unhinged, hiring London Bathroom Installations to rectify a refurb disaster carried out by another company, was akin to being visited by Mary Poppins. Jake and the team had to start from scratch but the work is practically perfect in every way. Impossible to do them justice. Organised, timely, highly skilled, proactive, thoughtful, clean, tidy, quiet. Hire them, you will not be disappointed.

Honestly, LBI put the rest of their industry to shame. They came in a few grand above other quotes but I wish we found them first and avoided the pain of meeting with 4-5 other London-based companies who couldn't even produce a statement of work or commit to doing a wet-room. 100% worth it in time & hassle saved. Things which set them apart: they protected the communal areas in our building (the lift, stairs, etc) on top of our flat; they always arrived on time; they produced a full schedule for delivery over multiple weeks; they listened to what we wanted but suggested other better options wherever they could; they were on schedule and on budget; they fixed some tiny niggles we had at the end; they cleaned up every single day and left us use of the toilet at all off-site times; they magically removed demolition bits & other rubbish from Zone 1 London without a skip and without us doing anything; they managed to paint the place without getting paint on fixtures (!!); incredible daily communication via a WhatsApp group with sketches of layout etc when confirmation was needed; ringing up suppliers of equipment we bought to change orders/fix things/ask questions; recommending underfloor heating for not much extra; the list goes on... Thank you so much to Jake for all the planning and layout/decor advice, Igor for the beautifully accurate building & tiling work and Julian for fixing not just the bathroom electricity but our entire dodgy ring circuit. The only real issue we've had is that now the rest of our house looks rubbish in comparison; we definitely want them back for the rest when we can. We have just completed our second bathroom renovation with London Bathroom Installations. Even though this project was a much smaller scale than our prior bathroom renovation with LBI, it was a much trickier scope and we are so glad we worked with LBI to get the project right. We knew that there were some possible structural issues we would encounter - but once demo began it was clear that things were in even worse shape than expected. Jake and team quickly identified all of the problems and came up with great solutions that they were able to quickly implement so as not to dramatically impact the construction schedule or cost. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship is second to none. We couldn't be happier with our two beautiful bathrooms and wouldn't hesitate to recommend LBI to anyone else looking to renovate their space.

Jake and the team lived up to the reviews having done a complete rebuild for me on a recent job that did not meet my standards. Jake and team has far exceeded standards and outperformed my expectations of quality and craft. Jake manages scope carefully is always transparent about costs and decisions before they are executed. He has a strong back office that documents scope and resends invoices immediately based on agreements made to alterations of original scope. He tries at all times to support additional requests but also I appreciate the formality which he brings to managing scope and quality of outcome - that was the most refreshing. I had trust at every stage that the quality would be execptional. On build Jake and team kept the flat clean while the team rebuilt the bathrooms and always extended this cleaning to building communal areas and they were always ultra respectful to neighbours as well. This rebuild was an incredibly modern fit out and Jake and his crew landed it excpetionally. I would recommend Jake to anyone without hesitation and know his work will exceed expectation. I'm truly blown away by the quality of work and the customer service that I've received from LBI. I could not be happier with the results. It was a pleasure working with Jake and his team. On the first visit to survey the property, Jake was quick to provide some great recommendations on optimising the layout/space, which I had not even thought about. Any issues raised during the project would be promptly addressed and they were extremely resourceful when it comes to problem solving. After the work had started, we discovered that there were no ducting pipes in the bathroom for ventilation! The team carefully explored numerous options in order to identify the most optimal solution. Even with the additional work they had to undertake, they still managed to complete the project on time. After the shower valve had been installed in the agreed position, I thought about repositioning it but was concerned that the rework was going to be extensive. Jake's response was that 'we would rather it's in a place you'd prefer it to be'. That, to me, is exemplary customer service. As for the rest of the team - Jarik is extremely knowledgeable and has extensive experience in the trade. He does not cut corners and makes sure that everything is done properly and to the specifications. Igor and Ivan worked tirelessly on the project, the workmanship and the attention to details were remarkable. I have the tendency to nick pick on small details, but I couldn't fault anything on completion. If you are looking for a company that you can trust to do an excellent job, you should look no further.

Very happy to recommend Jake & team. We had two bathrooms completely refurbished at the same time and are delighted with the results. Helpful, hard-working, responsive and professional they were incredibly easy to work with and good at problem solving when needed. They asked questions at the right times and as a result ensured that the whole process was relatively stress-free.

I can without hesitation recommend Jake and LBI. I very rarely will leave reviews on companies etc, but on this occasion felt it only right that I should. Like a lot of others out there, i don't have a database of trusted companies who i can call on for doing things around my house, and I required a company who were going to be careful with the existing fittings and layout of my bathrooms to avoid creating unnecessary destruction (and thus additional cost), so no matter who i got it was going to be a bit of a punt as to whether they could do so. Thankfully LBI did it exactly as needed. I required 2 electric toilets to be installed (Toto) and these aren't something that every plumber/bathroom installer has handled before but Jake is very conversant with what was required, the Toto toilets too, and it was done quickly and expertly. Jake also had timely communications, including following up post project to ensure i was happy, and his pricing i thought to be fair for the job required. Totally recommend to others, and would definitely use again if required.

I could not recommend Jake and LBI enough, they have done a fantastic job on helping us refurbish our flat in London. It started with the main bathroom, where not only did they do a fantastic job at installing the bathroom, but they actually explored it more initially and helped us gain about 10cm in ceiling height and 20cm in room depth also. The entire process was completely stress free and the final product was perfect. At the same time as this we also had a kitchen company in, but unfortunately they were not quite as helpful as Jake and his guys, and I found out later that I had to organise all the electrical and plumbing myself. Seeing as LBI were in doing the bathroom, I asked Jake if he could help with this at all, and he organised for his plumber, electrician and gas engineer all to come in and sort this out, fitting in around the kitchen company on what was also a VERY tight schedule. Once the main bathroom was done, the en suite and master bedroom looked a bit out of date, so we thought we’d take the plunge and do this also. This was a much larger job as the bathroom needed to be knocked through and made bigger for a shower enclosure, and a wardrobe, shelving and desk enclosure built for the bedroom, with the radiator being replaced and the whole room being redecorated. Jake himself went to visit timber yards to source timber for the desk and the worktops in the bathrooms, and any problems that arose such as mistakes from suppliers etc, Jake would handle and sort himself without us having to do anything! It was natural with this being a much bigger project that there would be some more complications, but all were smoothed out as soon as they arose, and the finished product is beautiful! Finally, in the other bedroom, Jake’s team also built another wardrobe and a small wall-mounted bedside table. We also order a small string shelving desk unit for in here, which needed to be attached to the wall. Even after the job was finished in the master bedroom, I asked Jake about this and he organised for someone to come round within a few days to get this attached. All in all, I would thoroughly recommend LBI for any household needs, and in fact would say that London ‘Bathroom’ Installations is a bit of a misnomer, because they also do kitchens and bedrooms too!

Jake installed our two bathrooms at the same time and he, along with his team, were excellent the whole way through. Jake was reliable, very professional, gave very helpful input into the layout/structure of the bathrooms, kept us updated frequently (and unprompted) on progress, and his builders were hard working and very respectful. I've worked with several builders in the past and the project with Jake has easily been most headache-free. Very obliging with a can-do attitude, which makes him and his team stand out.

Jake & his team did an absolutely excellent job on our small but tricky bathroom. Jake listened to all of our requests and put together a plan that incorporated everything discussed, patiently talking through all of our questions. The team was polite and hard-working and kept us up to date on the progress daily. The end result was an immaculately finished bathroom completed on time and without cost overruns. We used Jake and his team for full renovation of a family bathroom & an en-suite in our flat. The work has been finished with very high standard and great attention to details. Jake has dedicated a lot of time answering our questions and suggesting ideas to hide the ugly pipework in the flat. The team arrives on time for work every single day, works diligently during the day and cleans the site as much as possible before they leave. We appreciate that a lot since we live on-site. They are not the cheapest on the market, but they are not your average builder either. It's like you won't expect to buy a brand new iPhone for under £300. You get what you pay for, and we are just one of their many happy customers at the end of the day. We will definitely come back to them again for other renovation projects in the future.

A really beautiful finish to our bathroom and great communication from start to finish.

This was a refit of a small bathroom with high spec fossil stone, covering floor to ceiling. Jake and his team completed the work to a very high standard, new bath, Aqualisa shower, washbasin, towel rail and cupboards. Every day tidied up and did their best to minimise disruption to the flat. Didn't complain when I wanted the shower control boxes moved to a more accessible place. Excellent work.

Jake & team are fantastic - polite, helpful and work is completed on time with a keen eye for details and with good progress feedback - cannot recommend highly enough. Helped us source materials after the original suppliers let us down, handled setbacks and timeline changes gracefully, offered project advice and presented options clearly. Jake made recommendations about plumbing systems I was not even aware of - and a great solution and success- he also was brilliant at sourcing products I knew I wanted but could not find ... The workers were true craftsmen and perfectionists - polite and quiet. The job was finished a day early, on budget and the place was left clean. It is a natural cause for some apprehension to commission an unfamiliar company to undertake major building work. I booked LBI to install two bathrooms for a project that took just over a month after they were recommended to me by the designer (I was unfamiliar with Houzz or anything similar at the time). I could not have been more fortunate- LBI is a first rate operation. Jake (who runs it) clearly has huge experience in this field and dealt with every aspect of the entire process with enormous and justified confidence and the results have been flawless. I notice that almost all the reviews on this website are quite positive and so to anyone reading this, it may seem difficult to differentiate one from the other, I’m not sure there’s an easy way round that. However, it’s with absolute sincerity I say that I’d entrust LBI to undertake future projects of this nature at any level or on any scale and could not recommend them any higher to anyone thinking of doing the same.

My project was the removal of an old en-suite bathroom and the fitting of a new one. Jake and the LBI team did a fantastic job. The new bathroom was installed on time and on budget and it looks even better than I imagined. Jake was excellent at communication both before the project (when he offered lots of helpful advice) and throughout the works. Everyone was so polite and helpful and I didn't have to worry about a thing. I'm ashamed to say that when the work was finished they left my house cleaner than it was when they started! I am already planning to engage them again to fit a new downstairs bathroom.

We had 3 bathrooms installed by Jake and his team in February and March this year and have been not only delighted with the end result but really happy with how straightforward and relatively stress-free the whole process has been - despite lockdown! Very professional. Excellent communication with Jake throughout the work. I had my kitchen floor replaced with tiles from Italy and they did a great job - looks beautiful and with quality finishes. The work was also done quite fast. Overall very pleased and would highly recommend.

LBI completely redid our flat: painted walls and large windows, put new hardwood floors in (undercutting skirting, which is hard to get right), changed sockets and wall lamps, and designed and built floating bookshelves. Everything looks great. Communication was easy and straightforward. In addition to great finish, my fiancé and I appreciated having someone to manage and coordinate the different parts of the project - going through different electricians, carpenters, painters would have been a nightmare. Also appreciated was their flexibility when lamps etc didn’t arrive on time and when movers came to deliver our boxes/furniture.

London Bathroom basically done an amazing job in transforming our ensuite. The team worked quickly and professionally, building new cupboards, fitting underfloor heating, basically giving us a bathroom that we had visualised but struggled to implement with other fitters. While the price was slightly higher than the average quote, the workmanship, attention to detail and commitment to get the job done on time was worth that extra. Awesome job.

Jake and his team renovated the cold and dated bathroom in a flat we recently bought. As first time buyers this was our first project and Jake and the team made it easy despite us not being at all experienced in home refurbishments. Jake was extremely helpful in making suggestions and helping us with product selection. He was always very responsive and we had a WhatsApp group which made continuous communications quick and simple throughout the project. The bathroom now is modern and with a very nice finish - after the additional insulation Jake suggested the room also feels much warmer even when we’re not heating it. We used LONDON Bathroom Installations recently and found the service to be of a high standard. We had a complete remodel of our old bathroom which included stopping everything back and starting from fresh. The new design and installation was fantastic, the materials used where excellent quality. The end result was a bathroom which was both elegant and contemporary. Jake and the team dealt with everything from The beginning to end. They were very trustworthy and we could leave them to get on with the job. It has really stood the test of time and there are no faults even after 18 months of daily use, it still looks brand new. I would really recommend the company both for quality and price as well as being able to trust them to get the job done.

I had a horrible experience with a builder earlier this year, and was at my whits before I met Jake who came around on time, cared about his job, was accommodating, and provided a good professional quote. The work carried out was so on point they finished slightly earlier than the timescale and the flat looks amazing now. There were two bathroom refurbs, painting and decorating to the whole flat, installation of new radiators, and the removal of a partition wall between the kitchen and lounge. Jake also helped out with some add ons I adding in as the work went on. It was very refreshing to have someone who was very responsive, collaborated really well, and genuinely cared about myself and my partner as his clients. Would hire him again.

I asked LBI to completely renovate my two bed garden flat in Highbury / Canonbury area. Job involved complete gut, rewire and plumb, removal of some load-bearing walls, and a full refurb. We went with Jake because he was respectful and provided a comprehensive quote and project plan that gave us transparency and confidence he’d properly considered the job and the work involved. He also shared the risks up front. He and his team completed the work bang on schedule (vital as my wife was ‘full term’ pregnant!), and to a great standard. His team was courteous and efficient and when we had concerns - e.g. with placement of a wall or a socket - Jake was always very responsive. This was a big job, a difficult job given the timing (impending baby), but also a fulfilling job (a complete refit). It was stressful (because building always is and because of the timing...), but Jake and his team took a lot of the unnecessary stress away because of their skill and attitude, and left us with a wonderful nest. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
