We are fully insured, checked and registered with authorities such as the federation of master builders, DBS and Trust a mark. McGinley’s have an ethos of always delivering the same high quality carpentry and general building services, regardless of the size of the job. Whether the contract is to provide a small residential bespoke fitting of bedroom wardrobes, or a refurbishment or new build with landscaping for a SME (small medium enterprise business), we believe it is paramount for our customers that delivery is achieved with transparency and trust in regard to cost and timescales, always keeping our customer informed with regular progress updates. We offer a professional design service that starts with us meeting in person and begin the survey process for your project. Free 15-minute video consultations are available to discuss your project, budget, and cover ideas. Additionally, we can provide guidance costs which establish a baseline for your project. Upon initial consultation, we can also produce drawings and samples for confirmation of final designs. This can range from 2D drawings to 3D renderings. Final drawings can be produced if changes are requested. Full quotations for your project will be provided, and any design fees for drawings will be deducted from the final cost of the project.
