Corinth Contractors guides clients through the process of construction from beginning fully quantified and itemised costing (if required value engineering), signing of contracts (JCT or Bespoke), purchasing (guiding clients if need be with client supplied items plus additional benefits) to completion and building control sign off. Every project is given a 3/6 months’ free call out once complete due to retention periods and an official property valuation (if requested by client from a local estate agent), giving customers and added service plus updating the client weekly/fortnightly depending upon the arrangement in an easy to read format via email and/or communication groups created for the project we also provide a professional projects programme of works ensuring clients are never left in the dark and fully understand how the project is progressing. To finalise, we have allocated site agents that have over 20+ years of experience in the construction sector with competent tradesmen upon all sites, including certified electricians, gas safe plumbers and our qualified Project Managers dedicated to your project (terms and conditions applied) included within our fixed price costing.
