About Us

West End Styling is Aberdeen's specialist premium home staging consultancy, working with accidental landlords, remote and overseas sellers, and estate agents to maximise sale price and minimise time on market. Founded in 2021, we bring five years of local market expertise to every project. We are particularly experienced with sellers who have moved away from Aberdeen, rented out their property for years, and now need a trusted local partner to manage the entire process on their behalf, from initial assessment through trades management, staging and photography direction, to handover, without needing to be present. We also work with sellers whose properties are already on the market but not selling. We took back possession of our flat after a rental period and it was in very poor condition. Victoria immediately saw the potential of the property — not just what it had been, but what it could be — and struck exactly the right balance between impact and budget. The overall process worked extremely well. The diagnostic phase, design implementation/staging, and final de staging all happened exactly as set out in the contract and terms & conditions, which gave us confidence throughout. Victoria clearly understands the target buyer. She tailored the styling and presentation to stand out in a very saturated market, while making sensible, proportionate recommendations — focusing spend only where it would have the greatest impact. Her judgement on what needed to be done (and what didn’t) was particularly valuable. Communication was excellent throughout, and she managed contractors for redecoration and repairs very effectively — an area that can easily become a risk for sellers, but was handled smoothly here. The property went under offer just over five weeks after going on the market and, importantly, achieved slightly above the asking price rather than below it. We were very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to recommend West End Styling.

I can't recommend Victoria highly enough. She effortlessly managed a team of builders, decorators and gardeners in our absence to bring about a sale that would not have happened without her. She went above and beyond and was as invested in the project as if she owned the house herself; she read up on the history of our house and created a historical tour for potential buyers, chose specific features to highlight with a mix of her own and purchased furniture to furnish a sizeable, but empty property - not an easy task to complete and stay within a reasonable budget. She was always available to discuss progress, despite the fact that we were on the other side of the planet which often meant calls late in the evening UK time. Honestly, I can't fault her dedication and professionalism - she's a totally justifiable and worthwhile investment if you want to sell your property.

An amazing service from start to finish. From the initial consultation through the presentation of ideas for staging the property to the actual staging itself, was as hassle free as possible. The end result was truly stunning. Went above and beyond just the staging. Engaged the photographer and videographer to ensure the property was shown at its best on ASPC website. Have no hesitation in recommending Victoria.

West End Styling provided a first-rate service from start to finish. They provided a home styling service to get my property ready for sale. This included re-styling of the rooms and advice on how to show my property to potential buyers. They even organised the photos and videos for selling the property. I received an offer within the first week of putting it on the market. It doesn't get better than that. I believe this was largely down to the service and advice this company provided. They clearly have a passion for what they do. They reduced the stress of moving for me and I would have no hesitation in using them again. They provide a service that fits your budget. Could not recommend them highly enough. If you want to increase your chances of selling your home or just want to enjoy living in your home more you should use them.
