About Us

Blatcher Elliott is a national award winning property design consultancy which provides comprehensive interior design services for the residential and commercial projects in London, Surrey, Sussex, Berkshire, Somerset, Devon and Cornwall and most areas within the South East and the South West of England. With its main design studio based in Devon, we work closely with architects, developers and private clients from the planning stage, to optimise light and space, harmonise structure with design concept and translate original visions into beautifully completed luxury interiors. We are specialists in designing holiday homes whether it be a full refurbishment or simply a refresh and redress of the property.

Awards

Awards include: 2020 working with Leathwaite developers we won Eco Living Award and Best Boutique Development award. We have also won 5 other Evening Standard and 2 Daily Mail property design awards, and have been short listed for the KBB kitchen and bathroom design awards.

Professional Information

We are a fee based consultancy and charge for our design service on either a room by room, or on a project basis. We either work on an hourly rate, day rate, fixed fee or retainer depending on the scope of work involved. We offer project management as well as design services depending on the location of the project.

Lisa is a true professional. She has real creative flair and a keen eye for colour and proportion as you would expect, but also a degree of attention to the client's needs and preferences which is hard to find. She remains patient and good humoured even when the process takes a while and always has a new suggestion or solution. She is client-focused but does not compromise on standards or finish. We have always felt ourselves in very good hands when working with her on various projects throughout our home. On a personal note, she is a joy to spend time with. I would not hesitate to recommend her for any interiors project, big or small.
