My girlfriend and I were after a dining table for our first home we bought together in March of this year. After days of scouring the Internet we stumbled across Yellowstone on eBay. We have not purchased furniture before nor have we ever purchased anything without seeing the items, so we shot Yellowstone (David and Mark) an email to ask a few questions and go though designs. David come back the same day with an extremely helpful email and talked us through specifications over the next few days whilst we made our final decision. We commissioned the guys to create our table and were informed the delivery would be within a few weeks (all included in the price by the way!). The table arrived and my girlfriend took delivery as I was not available that day, the guys who delivered it she could not praise enough, clean, tidy, polite and really helpful, she felt comfortable with them in our home. The table is beautiful, everyone who had visited the house has commented on it, the craftsmanship and time that has gone into the piece is extensive and it really shows from the final product. We were so happy with our table we commissioned David and Mark on two more pieces however this time to a specific more bespoke design and measurements. Through the week long conversation over email and telephone the guys were again fantastic and their attention to detail is phenomenal. The craftsmanship and is truly one of a kind and you can really tell that the guys at Yellowstone love what they do, the furniture is completely hand made and you really can see where every minute of their time has gone. Even before delivery the guys were emailing me and texting me photos to ensure it was to our exact specification before loading it up into the van and making a special trip down to accommodate both mine and my girlfriends busy schedules and work commitments. I would recommend Yellowstone to anybody, from an idea over an email to the guys taking us through the design, build, finishing and delivery process was the smoothest and best experience we’ve ever had. Again, I mention craftsmanship, but it truly is second to none, but on top of that the guys customer service is impeccable a real pleasure to deal with, it wasn’t all to the point conversations we felt the had a genuine interest in us and our home which in the end has resulted in 3 excellent pieces of bespoke furniture. 10/10 - we love it all so much, we will be commissioning a final piece shortly! Hi, I ordered a bespoke bench from Mark, which he made exactly to my requirements and delivered later that week. So all round, very happy with the service.

We purchased a large American Oak industrial style table and bench and we absolutely love it! It's really solid and beautifully designed and made. Communication, service and delivery were excellent.
